I am surprised that my order has taken so long to arrive, recieved 3 items then a week later 1 item still waiting on last 2 items to arrive, also the sizing is very hard to judge what is the right size

Placed my order August 3rd & received confirmation. It has been ONE MONTH & I have it received my order or any explanation as to why it's been delayed. I will be canceling my order & will be sure to tell friends who shop on line to avoid this merchant.

I ordered twice from this company. First time, I find out if it doesn't fit we need to return the item to China. Cost of returning more than the cost of the item. Oh yes well, the chat lady says just keep the item and we will give you 25% off next item you order. Huh? Sizes vary wildly. Cut of items is very strange. The snaps on a sweatshirt I bought from them do not stay snapped. These people do not have it together. They also have a passive/aggressive manner when you deal with them. Poor business practices. I was a fool to order twice. Also, I think they sold my phone number.

I have ordered many articles of clothing and am very satisfied with the quality for the price. You must be especially careful to check each piece in regard to size as described.

I never got what I paid for and what I did get was poor quality and not what was represented in the picture. Scam!

The clothes run small. I've had a few things I wished I had returned. One pair of shorts is almost funny, the front is too long. I have to roll the waistband over to help it look a little better. I'd never go in public wearing them.
I do not like having to spend well over $100 to get free shipping. The shipping charge is extremely high. The other day I had 10 items in my bag and over $100 and the shipping was going to be over $66.
Most of the clothes, I love. I'd order more if it wasn't for the high shipping rate.

The tops I purchased were so so. One has sleeves that go over my hands and the body is long enough to use as a dress. The last 2 have arrived and I am not even been interested enough to open the package. Doubt I will order from this company again. Pictures were better than actual.

. I was to wait they would e-mail the papers to wait to finish the transaction. I have been waiting and nothing has shone up. What do I do now?

Can't return easy. Too much trouble, I don't know that I would order again due to exchange, return, and size not true.

Only one item in my order looked like the picture & was good quality. One item was totally canceled and I was never even notified. Order took forever to ship. Will not order again.

A bit high on the shipping though. Dresses look cute in picture, but when received they were basically just old sack dresses. I did like the Pull over Sweatshirt of camping though it was nice.

I like the ease of ordering on line. I was satisfied with the product as well.

Like all my buys. Except there is NO cotton garments in the website. Should use more cotton.

THe price was given in dollars with no indication of which currency. So I ended up paying transaction conversion fees and the cost was much more than I had read because of the different currency. The material was inferior and because it was too small I went to return it only to find I would have to pay postage to China and their custom fee.No mention had been made of this in the promotion, just as the currency hadn't been defined.

Ordered a 3x which I usually wear a 2x cause I wanted to make sure it was roomy... when it came I could barely fit it over my head. I ended up giving it to my daughter who weighs 130 pounds and it fit her..

The yellow skirt is attached to the white tank top that CANNOT be untucked. The icture is a flower cotton blend. The yellow skirt does not have the attached yellow material around the bottom.

The long white dress with the face has a white rib around the neck and the arms. The advertised piece has no ribbing. It is NOT made from cotton.

The blue dress IS NOT JERSEY!

I hate industries that intentionally deceive.

As title shows, there were problems with the sleeves; Asian sizing is not so good for older American women, whose arms tend to be "flabby" unless they've worked out forever.
I would've been bett to take your 25% refund versus paying for customs, at 80% the cost of the order.

The colors were vibrant and exactly as shown online.

I have a lot of great clothes from Annie Cloth. They are very different from the brand stores. They are unique. I am very happy with all my purchases and look forward to purchasing more.

Waited a month to receive item and shipping charges were excessive for a lightweight tee shirt. Never again!
