I ordered items on June 2,2022 and the tracking number Annie Cloth gave me is incorrect. According to CS my items are in NV and have been since 06/20, and have not moved... I am going to dispute the charges on my credit card and see what happens. I wish I would have known what a scam Annie Cloth was before I placed this order. I also was not aware the items came from China which I do not support products from there.
I FINALLY GOT MY ORDER! Quality of the items was so bad... the smell was awful so I washed the items according to the tags... Colors ran, and some of the seams just came out. Live and learn people... Very poor quality.

At first I was really worried about ordering because I was afraid it would be like one of those scam companies that you order online and never know again, but I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived, the quality was better than expected. It definitely didn't feel like cheap materials and the zippers and straps on my bags (faux fur, satin and velvet) are solid and not like those plastic zippers from garbage companies that break after a few uses. They responded to my emails fairly quickly. Thank you, I will surely buy again.
I ordered a shirt that was too large. Requested a return label but never received and there is a small window of time this can be done. Tried to call customer service to no avail. Requested it 2 more times with no response. I gave up and am going to just wash it a few times in hot water and dry it in a hot dryer.

The item I ordered came from CHINA and took OVER TWO MONTHS to receive. The item looked NOTHING like the picture. Material was awful! Sizing was OFF.
I had to write to customer service several times to find out HOW to return it. It is returned to Guangzhou, China which costs around $66 in postage to return. They did offer me a 15% discount or refund on the item which amounts to less than $3.
Stay away from this company. Items are NOT what is pictured.
My second purchase here was a little big for me, but I can see and feel that the quality and diamonds in these sets are awesome! I have no doubt that returning these items will be hassle-free as this is the best customer service I have received and I can't wait to buy it again! I love everything about this company. 5 star rating. Me and this boutique are the best friends!
