I ordered several items and they have not arrived. I have tried many times to contact them via email. I got an email regarding my order saying that it was delivered and when i tracked it, it was a different name and address in a different state. I finally found a phone numnber, but when I called it was not the company. I was told that they are using the other companies phone number and they get calls all the time and its always a complaint. I'm still waiting for my merchandise. June 16th, received email that said my order was on the way. Sill waiting. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a dress from Annie Cloth on June 3. Hasn't arrived yet. Contacted company got a form letter response. Then a request for me to be patient! I think 27 Days to wait for an item to be shipped from SanFrancisco to Phoenix is ridiculous. Don't buy anything from Annie Cloth!

Poor products

I purchased a dozen items of clothing and 3 pairs of shoes The shoes (size 42) came in 3 sizes and all smaller The clothing material and stitching was cheap and too small. When washed, the xl size shrunk to the size of a 6 year old. In 2 cases the blouse arms shrunk to 2 different sizes. I would not recommend this company to anyone nothing fit.

Nobody I know calls their clothes or shoes precious. Nor most of the other language used in these reviews the only legit wording is the negative reviews! Stay AWAY!

I have been buying clothes here for the last 6 months and they fit me very well, they are of great quality. Their staff is always ready to help. I would recommend their boutiques on the internet. It's a shame they don't have a reward system for their purchases

Don't waste your time! They tell you the items shipped, but there is no tracking history. Emailed customer service several times giving them the order number and they tell me you need to track your order with the information on the order. Worst company ever!

I reviewed this company earlier, with my horrible experience, and alerted viewers they are SCAMMERS! They have noted on sitejabber that they attempted to reach out to me, and I did not respond. LIES! LIES! LIES! The response I got from Anniecloth (and NoraCora - same company, different names), was an offer of 15% discount and to 'add cloth' to the items that were too small. Additionally, I would have to pay the shipping back to CHINA, and then they would refund me. I wasn't about to fall for that. So, I was stuck with over $200 worth of junk/cheap clothing. Again, Anniecloth and NoraCora responded to these claims on Sitejabber, claiming they tried to reach out to the complaints, through Sitejabber, but they DID NOT! That's a total lie. These companies are a SCAM! The sizing is not American sizing - it's Chinese sizing. Don't do it!

Please please please do not order from them, they are based in China and you will never get your merchandise or the money back. I was waiting for over 2 month and never got my items or getting a refund.

0 stars, ZERO customer service. I ordered early may about 6 items, well over $100 worth and I'm still waiting on delivery. I've sent emails, they give me a tracking number but no tracking carrier. I finally get a carrier and the carrier claims the tracking number shows no item has shown up to their facilities for shipment. So I had to go to my bank and dispute this. I would discourage buying anything from a company that can't supply a phone number or an actually contact person within the company. It is in the UK, but there are scammers everywhere. I believe that is exactly what this company is!

The dress is beautiful, but if you want it to fit you, choose a smaller size, since I am generally size S, but with this dress I had to make many modifications to make it fit. Color is same as photo on website. It is a very good dress, I do not regret it.

DO NOT give this store your time or mon$ey. The clothing is NOT what the advertised picture shows. I had missing items from an order that took 6 weeks to arrive! GARBAGE is what they send you. Its trick or treat and the trick is on you if you dare give them your hard-earned money or precious time you will waste if you bother to try and get them to be responsible.

I ordered an item and was told once the item has been shipped they will NOT refund your money. It has been over 5 months and the tracking number shows nothing found for that tracking. Do not order from this company because they do NOT stand behind their products.

I purchased product 5-14.The shipping information provided shows no movement. They now say shipping 11-36 days. I am at day 36, but USPS still does not show picking up the package.

I got the first few items ($60)- very poor quality of material. Not at all the material specified on website. I have never received the rest of my $155 order. Placed order May 24. Now July 29. No news on the shipment. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I love everything about this boutique! The clothes are absolutely amazing - the best dresses and the cutest matching outfits! The team is super efficient in their responses, if you need one!
When it comes to giving something back, super easy steps to follow! I love that your emails let me know when you have special offers as well as your discount codes, who wouldn't?
Overall just 10 out of 10 places to shop for ladies of all ages! I wish I knew about the brand before.
