I always find myself going back to the store when looking for the latest fashions. I like how they make me feel special and never left my side and gave me good suggestions.

You guys need to watch out whenever purchased from Anne Fontaine store in Valley Fair or any other else where with any item, You should not and never had a change to return in a minutes as soon they print out received. They policies is exchange or credits only, and they clothes or dress is quality and very expensive but I had never see any store policy as like them. Also, No prices tag or new supplies in store, only display, so they can make any prices as soon you like and you don't have a change to return in a minutes.

Actually, I used to be purchased they cloths but never attention on received and never return at all, til last two days I purchased 1 item gift to my sister and total $ 950+ thereafter; she does not wanted it then I brought it back to store yesterday for return. Finally, lady name Anne not allow to return then mentioned they policy.

Please attention! Not too late to do like my mistake.

It's a very messy company with messy management and a chaotic work atmosphere. Working here means expecting the unexpected. The workload is very inconsistent. There are days when you'll have so much to do that taking a break will make you feel guilty, and there are days when you'll have so much time that you'll feel guilty wasting a lot of it.

I would never make a purchase from here if that was the last store standing. A word of advice, learn how to treat customers and neighbors with kindness and manners.

The upper management is incapable of leading the company. The managers are unqualified to be in their positions because they are ineffective in accomplishing their jobs. Most of them are clueless on how to handle employees and only resort to verbal abuse. They also clearly show favoritism and do not treat the other employees fairly. The management is too disorganized to properly lead.

It was my second time visiting the store and it was the same nice experience. Store staff are very accommodating and friendly. The clothes are beautiful and I always found new piece to add to my collection.
