I hired a local contractor listed with Angi, to do some concrete work, specifically 2 new pads or slabs, one for my patio, and one just outside one of the house's doors. I ended up also having the well enclosure, which is sunk in the larger of the 2 pads (the patio one), repaired and reinforced. The contractor and his crew did fantastic work, and were both pleasant and professional. I am extremely pleased with their work, and am particularly thrilled with how nice the new slabs look. The contractor communicated with me reliably, and worked progressed in a very timely manner. I hope to hire them soon for other projects :)
This site behaves different from the former Angie's list. Recently I looked for exterminators and had in mind the ones I wanted. Although I did not click to have some vendors contact me, surprisingly that happened. Anyway it was easy to fix the mix up.
Angies List is charging you for leads that aren't really leads. I had a business call my business that did the same work I do to ask if they could come do my job? I had to turn off my leads because customers were looking for tv repair. My business is to professionally clean and a customers are leaving non working numbers so I am paying for leads that don't lead anywhere bu to bankruptcy.
First One. Usually had my only sources for contractors. But I was well aware of Angi Services and they proved to be a good source, especially their phone call from Denver office to make sure everything was taken care of. That phone call really made the difference.
The where great the work well on time and got the job done. I love the outcome it was better than I expected
I asked for a locksmith, I gave my name. Address. And which door lock was broken, I left town for a week, but my wife was home. Three days later, a attempt was made the break into my home at the door with the broken lock. I had put an oak board wedged into the door handle preventing entry. It had been moved but held the door securely. Angies list where to only people who knew where my home would be vulnerable. Never trust this company. Jim paulson
In theory it's an excellent concept, but I don't like that you have to put in all your contact information then you're bombarded with contractors blowing up your phone. I want to pick and choose who I want.
I reached out via Angi for a pro who can respond immediately for the repair of my refrigerator. I answered a few questions that lead to two pros who had experience with the type of refrigerator that I have. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from a technician who was at my home in about one (1) hour. The response time through Angi was amazing and I plan to use the service when I need access to professionals who can address my home needs.
Made the experience easy and straightforward for me. Would definitely use them for future projects.

Had Karl replace my old gutters all around my garage. He was prompt in responding, and began work immediatlely. His price was more than reasonable. This guy with assistant Timmy are professional hard workers who do a bang up job. I waited for a good rain before I wrote my review, and I must report their job was 100% successful. I was experiencing a large amount of huge carpenter ants marching one by one on my border fence of my garden. When I explained to the gal who came out she said no problem we will take care of them. Well I can happily say AWESOME job because within an hour they were gone all of them and it's been days since then and I haven't seen even one ant YEA! She was very polite and professional I would recommend this company to anyone who is experiencing unwanted pests.
We had new steps made with composite decking to our patio. We no longer have to step down immediately when going out of the house. We have a nice porch with steps and a lovely railing for safety.
As soon as you hit enter on the website to get a quote, you get bombarded by calls from vendors regardless of the time. I received a call at 22:45 from a call center regarding receiving a quote and I was fairly annoyed. I'm glad sites like this exist but some guidelines should be put in place to limit the number of vendors that call. I recommend providing the customer the option of how may vendors they would like to receive calls from and time limits to call.
Dry time was very responsive and concerned about making sure my home was taken care of. I definitely recommend them in the event of an emergency,

Never showed up despite calling and texting. Customer service offered no solution and were completely uninterested in helping. Never using again.
Horrible place! They didn't even clean my house I paid $200 dollars and the lady came into my house and said so what am I to do? Really? Clean! I told her everything I wanted cleaned then she left and I go around and I couldn't believe how filthy everything was. Nothing had been touched. She didnt clean the bathrooms or the kitchen she cleaned nothing!
