Name changed, service still great. My experiences over the years has been consistently excellent. I will continue to use her company. I prefer it over all others.

I used to use Angie's List (Angi) all the time when it would list providers and reviews. I could call the ones I wanted to and ignore those I did not want to talk to. Now, Angi controls who contacts me. And I can't find reviews. Despite this, I used the site when my dryer stopped working. Angi quoted $420 to repair it without knowing what the issue was. What if it only took 20 minutes to fix? I would pay the trip fee plus parts, which is likely to be far less.

Doing business with them is a joke. They will auto charge you without your permission weither you contact a lead or not. They ripped us off for $275 this company is a scam. Had to cancel our card to stop them. We canceled our account months ago but they didn't close our account and kept charging us. DON'T DO BUINESS WITH THEM EVER.

Went to Angi looking for housekeeping services and after a few easy questions I was lined up with several options. The first one on the list got back to me quickly and I was able to make an appointment with them right away - their services were excellent and reasonably priced. I will go to Angi again when I need services!

I had had home Advisor for about a year. Leads were average about $40 each. But i got about 25% of them so it was worth it.
About a month ago everything switched over to angies list. That was the last time i got a job. Over the last month i have made 10-15 bids a week from angies list. 25% will not accept the phone call. 25% never schedule an appointment. And the rest either never call back after the bid, or cancel the job a few days later. Save your money. Anything else would be better than this SCAM.

Weve used Angie for several years now. We've found options for small and large jobs. All have been successful getting bids and selecting from there.

I have been a contractor with Angie's list for many years and they are scamming me. I feel short handed and lied to. They had me in the wrong category and charged my account month after month regardless. I asked them to please issue a refund for those several months and to adjust my account accordingly and they refused. They would rather close down my account and lose my business then to refund for the months that my advertising campaign was in the completely wrong category. Do not do business with them. It is clear they do not care about their contractors.

Robert Pereira is my client success manager and he has shown little interest in truly helping me. He just wants you to swallow your lost and move on and sign another contract for another 12 months. The managers are unfortunately no help either. More than anything I am disappointed because they were not always this bad.

4 weeks ago, I hired a guy from Angie's list. To cut the trees. I paid $2,500. I had been waiting for days until they finally showed up. This was a 2 day project with a total of 4 hours work. All the trees they cut got thrown over the fence. All the stuff that I asked him to cut was not done the way that I wanted it to be done. During their work hours, i wasn't home to see what they were doing. All the trees they left behind the fence were not shredded which I was expecting them to do for the money I paid. I was still asking them for another project which was roofing and they still haven't got back to me about that. So, I contacted Angie again to make another appointment for roofing and they told me that the Southern professional will be at my house by 10:00AM. It is now 1:30PM and they still haven't shown up. There goes another one of my days to waste because I was waiting on them to show up. I would not recommend anyone to deal with Angie's list. I am very disappointed. Im getting to the point where I will be renting a boom lift to do the trees myself after wasting all that money and time.
