Couldnt give them a 0 star. When the recruiter/sales team first called me they explained that I wouldn't be charged unless I actually took a job. Like everyone else I was cool with. No problem right! WRONG!. After looking into my account I realized that I now owed them over 1k which to my surprise was like wait what's going on. It wasn't until that first initial call that I made to them about what was owed was when I first learned on how they actually work. At that point I asked to cancel my account and refund what was owed to me. Today I received an email saying that I will start to receive leads again after I told them to cancel my account with them several times. When I spoke to representative he assured that my account would be closed but my money was non-refundable. Has anyone had any luck with getting a refund? Shady company who steals small business owners money instead of trying to help them. Run as far away as possible from them. THEY ARE AN AWFUL COMPANY!

Once you join as a pro, its hard to reach anyone frim Angi, fake emails mostly. They give the potential customer a bogus estimate of what the work should cost! So every bid starts with an argument, because angi said your 6000$ is only worth 500-900$! Was only half of the work categories my company offers, only allowed 1 work pic. And then when you finally quit the crappy service, they sell all of your info to every P. O. S. Scumbag sleezeball salesman in the land! 3 calls a day since I quit!

I have a small construction company JJ Construction and services, we subscribed to Angie with the intention of expanding a bit and it was absolutely the worst decision, they offered us a promotion to subscribe for $ 300 in credits that they never met, the supposed clients who send you are some impossible to locate, the charges to my bank account have been repetitive having my subscription paused, several times I spoke with the department that is in charge of the claims in Angie to stop these charges of (WORKS THAT DO NOT WE HAVE DONE) and I have not had any solution, I also demanded that they cancel my subscription because I do not want any working relationship with scammers and in the last conversation I had with this Angie's claims department they assured me that our subscription was closed and not they would debit more money from my account, since on 11/19/2021 they debited my account $ 353.61, which adds up to a total of $ 1,611.79 that has been debited from my account without accepting any clients sent by Angie. This is a SCAM, call my Bank to report these charges as fraudulent operations, and someone from this company has to stand up and take responsibility for returning my money, so I alerted the entire working community that we provide construction services in a way honored not to fall into the clutches of these SCAMMERS

Raymond of South American Flooring has a work ethic that is amazing! I hired him to tile a shower area, put down vinyl plank flooring as well as tile a kitchen backsplash. He was the second hire for this project, and so had to remove all the work that had been previously done by a disreputable contractor. He patiently worked long hours (always showing up when he said he would!) to achieve the results he and I wanted. He had great attention to detail even late in the day or into the evening... yes into the evening! He totally cleaned up all areas that he was working in and even took away all accumulated trash. The result of his work was awesome! I have never hired a more honest, hard working as well as skilled person to work in my home.

Angi is a scam they pass you between three different service reps and all of them tells you a lie. I asked the first rep can I cancel they told me yes. So me thinking what can 350.00 hurt to use them for leads. After three weeks of no response I find out I'm stuck in a contract after I texted to cancel. Now they are trying to bill me for remainder of the year. They are a bunch of scammers. They resell leads up to 20 times you are competing with everyone and I got about 20 leads no good. Talked to one customer and he told me he had 5 phone calls within 3 mins from his post. Don't you Angi the former Angie list... Scam alert

These people will not stop calling my personal and business number. They call both my numbers everyday numerous times. It's now become harassment! I tell them nicely "no, I do not want your service" and they still continue to call me over and over non stop. I once was considering their service and they asked me for my credit card number just so they could make sure I was serious about their service. (This is what I was told by them) Within an hour they charged me over $300.00 for no reason. As soon as I seen this I called them back and asked why they took money and they said it was a mistake. I took me days to get a refund. And now a year later they harass me by calling me numerous times daily on both my phone numbers. Stay away from these people! This is a huge scam! They don't care about you. They just want to take your money!
