Rich, Dave and John from Charles heating and plumbing were at my home today.
They did a wonderful job on a very hard project. We now have a new boiler furnace just before the snow flies. Thanks to all three men!
Very courteous, professional, and kind.
The service was on time, and Technician was knowledgeable and paid attention to detail.
I have used Angi to find local services for all sorts of needs, from washer repair, junk removal and tree service. I have never been disappointed.
Fabulous! I will certainly use them again! Fast, Efficient, professional and friendly. Cleaned up so no need to clean up after them!
Sensing device on new water heater had to be replaced. Code standards required in MD had to be satisfied before reppairs.
Every single person that calls to try to get me to sign up with this company us incredibly rude. They are not knowledgeable about my business and my product and make that very clear within the first few minutes. Even if I were desperate fir business, I would rather go out of business than work with this horrible company.
Good experience. No hassle, workers prompt, knowledgeable, courteous `
If anyone clicks on homeadvisor or angies list for a project you will automatically be charged 30 to 100+ dollars, even if its someone just trying to figure out what buttons to click and when you talk to the support over why you are being charged for people not answering the phone, returning calls or emails, etc. They will tell you after they give you a phone number they charge you and thats that. Even if the customer clicked the wrong request, or put in a phone number that comes up disconnected, etc. Its a racket. For how much you will pay a month to talk to robots you can get a much better return via mail brochures in your targeted area. Also when you cancel you will have to change your phone number or get harassed mercilessly by angies to come back or people they sold your information to build a website for you. Its almost like they are sending you information for people who dont exist half the time, no matter how you try to contact them or how slow or fast you contact them, they just dont exist. But the hole in your wallet will. Avoid these rats at all costs. When you google Angi Leads and scam I hope this review comes up. It is a scam. Do not spend hundreds a month to spend hundreds more and never get a moment of peace from being hounded via text or phone call about nonexistent work orders. This is from one week, without credits because I threatened to call the AG it would have cost me 300 dollars to talk to a single person who answered the phone about a job they are thinking of doing in 2022.
I need my upstairs floors done Brian came and gave me estimate an very fair estimate so I hired him for the job and I do not regret it he did a wonderful job thank you for your help see you soon on my next project
Do NOT fall for it. They will take away more money than what you are making. Leads are fake! They will send you leads from people that haven't even requested your service.
Beyond ecstatic. Was in such a hard mental place and these guys quite literally saved me. Life is about connections and these guys are people you will be glad you know.
I've used Angi now 3 times within the last couple of months to find installers for-drywall installation, electrical repair and entry door installation. All 3 times we have had the best of results from the companies we found on Angi! I will not hesitate to call them back for future jobs if we need to.
Kevin was referred to me from two different people that I trust. I called Kevin and he spent about a few hours changing lights and fixed a light that I had installed. I added a thermostat and an additional light while he was here and had no problem doing the additional work. Has to come back because one of the lights I had purchased was damaged and I have to order a new one. He agreed to come back and install it once the new one arrives at no additional cost. Myers Electrical is my go to electrician.
Oct 21 cancelled a scheduled gutter cleaning and told Angi to stop the scheduled cleanings until I told them to start again. Was able to get my money back, after spending 30 minutes on the phone. Nov 21 I get billed $241 after telling the contractor (who called me the day before) to not show up, as I didn't need the cleaning. Turns out this time all I can get is half of the $241 back, because I missed a text (from UNKNOWN NUMBER--I usually don't open those) and didn't cancel in time. They will bill your account without a call, text, or email. Beware.
Peacock Painting has a more than Superior painter working for them. Sean Brann painted our high walls, and low baseboard trim over the last two days. Each day he patched holes with putty and sanded all surfaces before painting, His expertise was evidenced by the finished product…
Highly recommend this company! Prompt and friendly service. I definitely know who my new pool service company is!
I was contacted by a representative at Angi and asked to give a review of Dempsey Family Electrical. He wanted me to dictate to him. That did not work for me. I want to write my own review on the Angi website. So I went to the Angi website and I put in Dempsey Family Electrical in the search bar and it did not come up. The website wanted me to choose from a menu electric and then lots of catagories under electric. I tried several things to get to the review page so I could leave my review, but I could never figure the way to do that on the Angi website. A few days ago I did receive a text from Angi requesting me to leave a review for Dempsey. The text included a very long address which I did put into my search engine and I did arrive at the place to give Dempsey a review and I did. I really like this company, they do excellent work for years for us and others. So I was glad to finally be able to leave a good review. This is the address I had to put into google: https:/proapp.angieslist.com/kxDP7Mf57ptFJH7W8 This is a bit difficult to get right for me. Yet I was motivated to leave that good review. May be it is me and I just could not figure out on Angi website how to leave a review and may be it is just me but it seems a person would have to be really motivated to leave a review on Angi website. Yelp was extremely easy to leave a review.
Was very pleased with the contractor recommended by Angie's list. We used RDA Remodeling and couldn't be happier.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
