I hate that the directory has disappeared. I want to be in the driver seat of selecting service providers. I don't want to answer a bunch of questions then have my phone explode with phone calls.
That's right - STINKS. Your requirement to force me join in order to leave a review is the kind of tactic that I despise. The only reason I did was to help someone out who thinks they need your service in order to grow a business. I'm sure you'll try to justify your policies saying it's for security reasons but I don't buy it.

This is the second time this year we turned to Angi for help. Their referrals were definitely screened before and are very reliable to the customers in the market. Our experiences with their referrals were excellent. We got constant emails and phone calls from the company's representatives before we made the decision to hire. The information, suggestions and advice from them are trustworthy.

New businesses beware. PLEASE PLEASE use a different service than Angi leads. Thumbtack is great, Facebook is great, Google is great. Angi is like raking your valuable money, lighting it on fire, and then sometimes getting that money back. I don't know if they buy their leads from Jen Shah, but they are weak and you will likely never get in touch with anyone. And when you request a credit, good luck. They give you a few right away but then hold the money, probably to make payroll, even though the lead is bad. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. There are services out there that can give you actual customer interaction and information. Find those instead of overprice leads.
The site only pretends serving customers. They actually serve contractors, who need to pay them to be listed high in search results. It was a waste of time contacting their list of contractors, most didn't even get back to me

My experience was the best. I did not think I would find someone that would clean as good as She did. I am so glad I came across this company. Try her you won't regret it. She is truly the best! I have had different companies come by and I will say she is far the best.

Had a excellent help. They did a good job cutting my Huge tree. Very professional and nice. They cleaned up after them. I would recommend them to do your work. And there quote was very good.

I have had an HVAC service contract for a reasonable monthly payment from Griffin Air since the business was started several years ago. For this I get a thorough spring and fall HVAC checkup and a discount on any other service. This week I had a garbage disposal removed and the wiring to it disabled in case a new disposal was needed. Lee and his apprentice were on time. I was called when they were on their way. They wore booties over their shoes, were neat in appearance and polite. The work was done in a reasonable time even though parts had to be acquired. They cleaned up the work area and took away unwanted items.
