On time, work completed quickly and looks good. Quality hardware chosen
I was very happy with the results, they were easy to work with and I would definitely use this company again

I had to write my review twice. It should have asked me to sign in when I started.
Quick easy to locate the business of my choice and effective
Used Angi list to obtain a pro and received an amateur, who spent 5+ hours trying to install storm door. I had to release him before he did anymore damage and worked into dinner time. I paid for door and materials and still have to hire someone to fix the door. Not satisfied and Angi list has no intention of making it right.
Frank from Frank and Johnny Home improvement services was always on time and and any problems quickly took care off very pleased with job would higher again
Post on Craigslist for lawn services. Was called 3 times by Angie staff. They are pushy, nosy and down right rude if it isn't what they want to hear. Thought about using this service for my company. No way will that happen!
He made up some story about the price and not being right, then he canceled our order through Angi. He collected a $300 check from us to get materials, never showed up, and now we can't find him! He's basically using Angi to find customers to scam. Sooo sad.
Excellent on time work and service
Willing to do whatever we wanted and followed up to make sure all went well
Reasonable charges
Ed did a great job explaining and responding via texts and phone calls at late hours! Water line was repaired. Unfortunately due to large frontyard tree, there was no way to do it trenchless, and front yard had to be dug up (my home's fault, nothing A1 Pro could have done differently or better). Thank you Ed!
Was very stress free, accurate and very professional and friendly.
I am happy there are companies in my community that are so helpful when you need them.
They have been constantly harassed since their first call. I told them politely that Im not interested and they have relentlessly called me. I call the office to speak to supervisor and got the run around. I warned I will file complaint of harassment with police department. This was there Long Island office. Very unprofessional, grown men acting like teenagers making cold calls. Big shout out to Dan!
I found what I need with no problem easy-to-use professional and good prices. Thank you
I scheduled a deep cleaning on Angi platform. The day before the cleaning Angi took money, out of my account (which was the incorrect amount. It was $61 more then the service cost.) When I saw that I called Angi, and they had me scheduled two times in one day the same service. They told me it would take five days for them to credit my account. That caused my account to overdraw my account and caused me to accrue fees from my bank.
The day I was scheduled for cleaning, the cleaner never showed up. I called Angi and they asked me if I called Pro, my response was the Pro should have called me. They offered me a $10 credit which was an insult. I asked to speak to supervisor, representative refused to allow me to speak to supervisor, she said supervisor wasn't available.
I took off work to be at home when cleaner arrived. Lost a days pay because Angi allows contractors that aren't reliable on their platform.
I do not recommend Angi they allow unprofessional, unqualified contractors on their platform and customer service are trained to handle calls and don't transfer calls to supervisor. That is BAD customer service.
I got in touch with Angi and despite my gut feeling agreed to pay 29.99 for a yearly membership. They assured me any contractor on their site has to maintain a 4.2 rating. The contractor they had call me, told me the name of their business and said her husband would come out in a few days to do some measuring. Now that I had the company name I did a search online to find out they have a 2.3 rating for screwing people out of money. Fortunately I'm only out the 29.99. I would suggest doing your homework. When I called home advisor they wouldn't give me the company name just said it was a private contractor. I canceled the appointment they set up for me and canceled my membership.
I've contracted out Liberty & Co. Back in October to clean my office space. Their efficiency to keeping my space neat & clean has definitely kept me able to float my business. I have passed audits, increased sales, and recommended there services to other businesses.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
