Excellent. Mal was very responsive through all the twists and turns the project took with the supply chain delays caused by the pandemic. Realistic expectations were set and met. We never wondered what was going on while the process was working its way through.
Treats responded to voice mail on a Monday to set up appointment on a Tuesday. Diagnosed problem as low voltage from breaker. Replaced breaker the following week.
Very good coordination and friendly service dept.
All around great experience! Very professional. Prompt. And great price. Thanks very much for fitting me in the next day!
I had a damaged tree from the recent severe weather causing it to tilt at a 45 degree angle. Martin Landscapes did an amazing job repairing the tree rather than replacing it thus saving me hundreds of dollars!
They were fast, efficient, punctual, and extremely professional.
I highly recommend Martin Landscapes.
I had a great experience! Zed did an awesome job and I will call him again if I move again.
While I'm happy to leave a review, I absolutely did not like being forced to sign up. Not a good first impression of Angi.
What else will I be forced to do?
I will most definitely de-activate my account, but thought it was necessary to let you know that it is pretty messed up.
Love this company very professional services. I highly recommend using this company.
I just tried to use Angie's. It is now horrible. I put in my information, and rather than give me a list of contractors, they instead had several people contact me. Plus, they contacted me also with names of contractors. They would not give me information about the contractors, rather, just wanted to schedule an appointment.
Sorry, but I want the opportunity to pick out my own contractor and research them on my own. This is what the old Angie's List would allow, and it was wonderful.
After speaking to a few of these contractors, but before even having a single one come to make a bid, Angie's calls me back wanting to schedule the actual job and get information so they could invoice me! Talk about not knowing what's going on with your clients! Geez... LOL
Courteous and professional. I've had roof repairs work done by them and they fix them. Excellent company.
A lot of responses to my request for quote contractor picked was very responsible and professional
I signed up for Angie for quotes to have my house painted.
By the next day, I had hundreds of spam email messages, and have continued to receive upwards of 300+ per day.
There are far better sites that don't sell your information. BEWARE.
I've had a very hard time maneuvering Angi's website. It seems to do nothing but send me in circles. Also, it's impossible to communicate problems to Angi, because the people who answer the phones can barely speak English, and my problems and requests are completely ignored. On line, they are addressed by one generic response after another. I've written about this before to no avail. The only part of my experience with Angi that hasn't been frustrating and upsetting has been my experience with my housekeeper pro, Waymond C. Now I see that, my pro that I've been assigned for next month is Jibril, the person that I wrote a bad review for and requested he not be sent here again. I am very very very disappointed in my relationship with "Angi" and consider them one of my biggest mistakes.
Im not happy with Agie's List since it was taken over by Home Advisor. I don't like the website format, nor do I necessarily trust the contractors. These companies are supposed to be vetted, but I was recommended (and hired) and contractor that I later learned did not have the license or permits to do the job. I had to find another contractor to re-do the job and great expense. Very unhappy. My efforts to contact angies list/home advisor were unsuccessful. I emailed and was told someone would be in contact, but never were.
I was about to start my third year with Angi Ads and found out that I would have to get another background check. Normally that wouldn't worry me but I have a situation where I was wrongfully accused of doing. A charge was filed and I went and turn myself in after retaining an Attourney. I was released in about two hours. It had probably 3 months and a solicitor was finally assigned you my case. After about 1 week my Attourney and the prosecutor talked and the solicitor is in agreement that they do not have a case but they are waiting to speak to one of the witnesses to back up my statement. In the mean time while they're waiting for her and the courts have shut down for the holidays and the charges can't be drop until mid January. My anniversary is January 13. So I thought I'd be fine and so did my client succes agent but Angi run the background check and when the results came back the pending charge was on there. Without allow me to give an explanation or even allowing me my civil right to appeal the background check they shut down my profile and stop showing it as well. On top of this I was already in the middle of trying to reach a settlement with them for almost 50/60 fake leads. I plan to sue them for a couple of reasons and when I went to get copies of all the text, and emails to find out that they have remove everyone of the emails of conversations about the bad leads where they have admitted that 95% of them were fake. They have put me in a terrible situation because I have primarily used Angi for work and now I've got nothing at least I got about 1 or 2 leads in between all the fake ones. I am unable to provide Christmas this year for my family nor pay my bills. I was supposed to have 10 days by law to respond to the sore adverse action letter. So they have violated me civil rights, provided fake leads immediately release from my ad page etc. I will be filing a law suit! This all started when home advisor. Stay away from all of these sister companies. After researching I found that they have down this same thing to others pros. They do not care about you your company your family your experience nothing exception that money. F&&$; :($ $ck Angis Ads burn in hell!
Having been in business over 20 years, I used both Angies List and Home Advisor. I pay for leads they provided per the request of a potential client. Leads were dispersed fairly as far as I know and clients could be called, texted or emailed. Since Angi bought out Home Advisor leads are far and few between and the ones I do get don't allow client contact. This company is a complete waste of time and if you are paying to join and for leads you never get, beware. I'm terminating my association with Angi and Home Advisor. I suggest you check your leads closely.
I had yhis service for one week, in that week they sent me three wrong leads, i called to cancel my service and was told i could not get my $288.00 back but i had to pay for the incorrect leads. They put my account on hold to justify stealing my money even after i requested a cancelation of my account and a refund multiple times. The company is a complete scam
They tell you they are waiving the $300 startup fee they are a bunch of bull$#*!ters save your money look else where do not use Angie whole bunch of Miss information
We had a lake house built by bare bones homes, they made everything so simple, they did the design and plans, we just sat back and watched our new home rise from the ground, it got built much faster than expected and we were thrilled with the results, the owner of the company is of British extraction, a charming and knowledgeable fellow. A delight to be around
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
