Very easy. And customer service was great. I'm happy to the service I got and the company Mr. Handyman was on time and was great. Thanks for your recondition.
Nebraska dumpster came highly recommended by a friend and the didn't disappoint. Come out the same day and picked up 2 days later as requested.
We needed a handyman to fix a water leak around a window, replace molding, and repaint. We contacted multiple handyman businesses and, to be frank, Hawthorne Rx Home Repair was the only outfit that could get out to us in a timely fashion. We are very happy with the experience and happy that we were able to get a highly rated repair person who did quality work.
Delon came out and fixed my heating in a timely fashion. And overall service was beyond great! Thank you
Very professional got back to me in a timely manner work was completed in a timely and well done manner as well would definitely recommend to family and friends
We joined as contractors months ago and have only been getting fake leads - this company is a scamm. They charge $200+ per lead and they are all fake, I think they send them on their own.
Their system of Credit Back doesn't work, they will rarely crediit you for the leads that don't exist.
Waste of money! Stay away! Adding a screenshot of our statement, the crazy amounts they charge.
Professional from start to finish... salesman and installers
I found the electrician I needed and he did an excellent job.
But, I'm getting too many text and email messages from Angi soliciting for other home projects. I just wanted an electrician not to join a home improvement network.
Unsubscribing seems my only option. I asked that no more text messages be sent. It's too much.
I am not a fan of the new system (since Angi merged with Home Advisor. It is much more complicated to find a service or contractor because now you have to run the gauntlet of "recommended" providers who apparently pay Angie to be put to the forefront of the reviews. And I have also learned that contractors have to pay to even consider being on the list. Doesn't this defeat the whole purpose of the service? Plus the App is so useless that I deleted it. In order to get anything useful done you must log in via a PC or laptop.
I was looking for professionals to tackle some home improvement projects and was contacted by people i eventually hired. It all worked out perfectly.
Easy to follow. Came up with the company I wanted.
Company did a awesome job. And fix our problem. In future I will look at Angie's list for future repairs.
Our experience with Power was very positive. Very good pricing for the job and materials. Very knowledgeable people.
We have not been disappointed with anyone we have used that was listed with Angi. All have proved to be reliable. If we need a service performed and do not have anyone we have used before we always start with Angi. It has worked well for us.
1. They send service folks out that do not know what their doing and are inexperienced.
2. They show up 1/2 hour late or more.
The first guy came out to replace the oven element that burned out. He was looking on his phone, looking up what the problem could be. (My oven was not reaching the oven temperature that I set it.) He ask me, if I wanted him, to order the part that was needed. Well, that's why I called Angi services. How do I know what to buy? He did not replace the oven inner glass door back in place correctly. The glass door slid out of place, on the first use of my oven, after his repair work.
Angi only credited me back $100, after charging $379.00 including membership fee. I expected them to send the serviceman back out to complete his job/put the inner oven glass back in place correctly, without charging me a fee of $319.80 again and sending another confused person that did not know, how to put the glass back in place, until she looked it up on her phone.
The second service person unbelievably, actually texted me at 3:30 am, requesting that I give her Five Stars for the work she did. I couldn't believe it. I took my time about rating her because I was on the fence about rating her at because I was so upset and disappointed in Angi. We make mistakes in life, this was a big one! I'm Done! Never Again!
Christian was hired to remove old wall tiles from a 1950s style bathroom. He was very thorough professional, cleaned up well when the project was done, and had a very receptive and pleasant personality. Highly recommended.
Amazing website. Would definitely recommend to others
I used Angi in the past but will never use again. First quote for a handyman project was $295. No showed. 2nd quote $350 but couldn't finish the call before I was hung up on. 3rd time I called the quote was $500+. Forget it. Call center sounds as if it were overseas.
I am a contractor and have spend thousands of dollars with Home Advisor now Angie's list due to many law suits, I would figure to give them another shot and yes we did get a few real good leads but also many bad leads and cant get credit for them. Recently called a lead a few times and finally got the person with number provided for the lead and I was told by the person I live in Texas dont know what your talking about. So put in a credit and was denied? I do not like or want to throw money away especially at these time. I guess thats how they make there money. Very disappointed once again. Its just time when they go through another name change.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
