After spending tons of time on completing their background check I was able to secure one job and put it into my calendar.
3 hours before the job began I got an unexpected SMS asking to confirm the job and offering extra $15 bonus. The job got cancelled automatically. This was completely unexpected.
I don't have a regular habit of checking SMS daily.
I tried to reach out their support and call Angie to clarify the situation. Their phone support switches between departments without any help: nobody wants to take a responsibility. In the end they told me that there are several Angie companies under one umbrella: Angie Services, Angie Leads and Angie Ads and I'm calling through the wrong company. They gave me the email which bounced.
Reaching support through the chat didn't get any results either: there is a bot system which is hard to get through.

A lot of efforts spend for nothing, don't recommend

Was on time to job got half way done requested money for materials was agreed upon she left came back was a complete different person work was sloppy cuts were wrong she left again to pickup materials never seen her again, no answer phone text email seriously suggest going thru someone else I'll get pictures uploaded soon 1-29-24

After 2 years at 1000.00 per month. We fell behind in the pandemic on sales and were unable to pay Angie. Thier representative called me to let me know Angie would be seeking a judgement and lein against my home and force able put me and my 12 year old special needs daughter out in the street if I didn't pay them immediately. So in fear I sold my home and we are homeless now. Just wanted you guys to know what Angie thinks about you. Funny thing we received 2 awards from Angie best performer 5m0 rating over the years. Don't deal with these people.

Awful service, impossible to contact customer service, impossible to make a complaint. Don't waste your life dealing with this company.

I signed up thinking I might have a chance to get some things down at my home that I have been putting off. The two bookings I made ended in miscommunication and a total waste of time. The pros themselves reported how poorly communication is with Angi Homeservices. I am now involved in some refund delay game. The staff that man the chat line are useless.

My husband booked a cleaning for me as a Christmas present. I wanted a deep cleaning not a general house cleaning. When I tried to use the Angi app, I was able to type notes but they never saved. I started a chat in the app and was directed to call the number. When I called, they were unable to find my booking even though I provided all the information requested. After about ten minutes, the rep added notes to the booking. The day of the booking, I logged into the app when they "Pro" was 15 minutes late even though the app showed the project "Started". I used the contact the pro link through the app but received a text that said the number was inactive. I called customer service and provided all the same information. I was put on hold so she could contact the "pro" but was then sent to voicemail. I called again. Of course, I got a different rep and had to give them the same info again. It was now 9:40 and my booking was scheduled for 9:00. I requested to cancel without charge because the "pro" didn't show. She said she would cancel and give me a $10 credit toward my next booking. I told her I didn't need a credit because I wouldn't be using Angi again. I requested an email confirmation that the booking was cancelled because the "pro" did not show and that I would not be charged. She said she couldn't send an email but if I was charged I could call back. I was looking forward to a deep cleaning. I will definitely use neighbor recommendations and not Angi.

I wish I never signed up with this company. They are basically a scam, I'm constantly being sent "leads" where no one even answers the phone because they're probably fake ones that Angi makes, maybe even fake phone numbers. There has been something wrong with every single lead I have gotten, like someone wanting a gutter clean but they charge me for a roof clean. Or someone in a different state putting their address down wrong so I can't even service them. I try to dispute these to get my money back for those ones and since I did it so many times they started denying me. They then sell me more opportunities than leads which opportunities cost more on top of your budget - and opportunities are leads that already got 4 quotes from companies and they didn't like those quotes so they keep looking. I complained to Angi leads about how they are wasting my time and I do not want opportunities anymore and they are retaliating by only sending me opportunities now. Such a waste of money and time. I'm so disappointed and mad I signed up with them in the first place. They are a scam!

I like his work he do a good job on bicycles he does a good job on Bicycle. Get him a call and he does really good.

Ordered an air hockey table for Christmas for the kids from Wayfair. They contracted out to Angi.com for a "professional " to install it. Friday they were supposed to come at 11 am. 2 guys. I guy showed up, took everything out and then was told he needed to leave by angi because the other guy wasn't showing up. They rescheduled for Monday at 11.15 mins before they were to show up they canceled. So now I've taken off 2 days from work. My kids keep messing with it because it's all over the place and they want to play with it. Now they've rescheduled again. This is a disaster

Thank goodness that this support team was online. Truly an asset for those who need to move as soon as possible.

Amazing service, On time, able to contact about schedule, thorough and though we have a household of minors was able to work around and even entertain! The young lady that provided our cleaning service was so pleasant and professional. We also hired them for a tenant move out and these are the photos afterwards.

Excellent experience with work that you want done right to protect your family's health. Knowledgeable and experienced, great communication made this an overall positive experience. Fairly priced as well.

Mr. Anthony Garcia of DryMaster's carpet cleaners did an excellent job cleaning my family room carpet and a chair and loveseat. Mr. Garcia was thorough and took great care in cleaning carpet and chairs. One area of the carpet, a path from family room to kitchen, was particularly worn and dark looking. Mr. Garcia asked me to send a photo of the worn area when we discussed the project prior to cleaning. He was able to determine that it could be cleaned successfully, as indeed it was. Looking at the area now, it appears just the same as the rest of the cleaned carpet -- no worn or dark area. The whole carpet looks brighter and fresher, very similar to how it looked when new. It had been many years, probably at least 10, since the carpet had been professionally cleaned. I definitely would recommend Mr. Garcia for any carpet and upholstery cleaning. And I will be hiring him again for additional carpet cleaning. Thank you.

Great guy and excellent price for the job! Professional it's also excellent! Respectful and finished the job as per scheduled.

I had booked a repair and no one showed up I then set up another day and the so called professional handy person did show up. When I called customer service the agent did not understand English as well as several people speaking in the background made it impossabile to hear her.

On both occasions the agent said the professional handy person shut off the gps so even she did not know wwhere the person was.

I would rate this company as a ripp off company. I wiuld suggest that no one should use them

Don't waste your money they won't give you credit for Beth leads and they never return phone calls they say they're changed with the merger of home advisor but they're not same old crap

They do it all! Roofing, Rough framing, Trim carpentry, Plumbing, Minor electrical tasks, Flooring & carpet, Drywall, Interior and Exterior door hanging just to name a few of their skills. They also made a point to clean up after themselves on a daily basis. I would call them again.

Angie's app is super efficient and offers a one-click solution for completing tasks. This streamlined approach can save users time and effort, making it quick and convenient to get things done.

They completed the job really fast and my yard looks so much better. They were on time and very nice.

Excellent workmanship, Great price, Good guy! Came out when he said he would did what he told me he would, and very happy with the results
