I loved my services from start to finish I will tell more people about the great service I received nice and friendly from too yo bottom job well done
They don't want to give me my money back
They took it out of my bank account without me approving
& I'm not happy with there customer service
Takes all (100%) of your money with last minute cancellations. None will go to the contractors. Terrible.
Like Customer and provider I know how sketchy this company is with the home providers that sale the leads or services of promotion. The "professional" that's going to your house are already spending money just to have the leads and they going to do everything in their power to got the JOB. But remember they already charge that plumber, electrician, painters... and they have to make that money back plus profit. Sometimes if they can charge enough for the job they going to cut corners where you like client without the knowledge can't tell. This is truth is better to call your local company directly.
I will never use Angi again to find any form of professional. I hired a handyman from their site and he completely ripped me off. He bought items from Menards that were not approved and not used on my project. Then he took the total price of the receipt and added 60% markup! Told me that was standard in the business and in his estimate and invoice. Problem is he never gave me an estimate or an invoice. ACE Handyman Services in Port Washington WI. I've tried to come to a resolution and he refuses. I cannot get Angi's help unless I upgrade and pay money so I can file a complaint. WOW. Shady.
Angi has given me multiple fake leads, charging me $20-$30 per lead. When I tried to ask for refund for a lead outside my area of expertise, a faceless bureaucracy sends form letters saying, sorry your refund is refused and we won't tell you why.
Lying, cheating and stealing from small contractors, Angi List is another uncaring, money-grubbing large Corporation.
LET'S GO ANGI!
A leaky hot water bathtub faucet right around Christmas no less. I figured I would try looking for a plumber online since I didn't know of anyone through word of mouth. So I went to home advisor and from there you are redirected to this new Angi site. Everything looked on the up and up. Had a reasonable quote for the job and a provider was chosen for me at a set date and time that was agreeable with my schedule.
So the day arrives and I make sure I'm home in time. 10, 20, 30 mins pass and no one has come and I have not received a text msg either. So I text the provider and get nothing back. So the time comes and goes and the next thing you know, I get a text from my bank account that the money for the job has been withdrawn. I was aghast! I can't believe the charge for the job happens automatically without the person doing the job giving some notification that the job is complete. I immediately called support and explained that no one showed up so they said they would reverse the charge and it could take up from 3 to 5 days. Luckily it was reversed within 1 to 2 hours. But, only the job rate was refunded. There's a fee for joining I guess which is still a terrible thing because if what happened to me happens to many others, this Angi app is making out like a bandit. I know I will never use their service again. I guess some things are better done the old-fashioned way ( I wound up going to a neighborhood website where people offer their first hand experience with a "provider" and found the best plumber in the whole world, I kid you not.)
Bottom line is do not waste your money in the Angi app.
My garage door was very noisy and coming off the track. They fixed it and I can't believe how quiet it is and works perfectly.
IM GOING TO Th

Scam
Angi's salesperson gave me "a fixed price" for my appliance repair over the phone and promised I won't be charged until the job is done. What happened 2 minutes later? 1) I was charged immediately; 2) The charge was much higher than the quote they gave me on the phone which I think is almost the criminal behavior; 3) When I called their customer service, I was transferred 5-6 times and nobody would actually help me. 4) I canceled the service and submitted a claim with my credit card company. It took about the entire morning of my time to handle all these. I wish I read those 1-star reviews before I talked to them. So I am writing down my experience and hope it would help others.
Stay far away from this company they will tell you everything that sounds good and none of it is true. This company is money hungry and will do anything to take your money. Run as fast as you can from this company and don't look back.
I consulted with Angi to find a mobile home inspector. The first inspector that contacted me seemed qualified until he had to admit to me that he did not carry liability insurance. Completely unacceptable Angi. Great vetting. Every Angi reference I have researched thus far had a limited amount of experience and was not not recognized by the BBB. Nothing but a glorified advertising agency IMHO.
Easy to write review; navigate. I enjoy the site. Will use again.
Professional, courteous and friendly. I would request service from this company again.
After watching 101HomeRenovation install a new roof for my neighbor, I was impressed with their work and their employees. I was very pleased with the work that was done at my home one month later. The Manager explained what I was to expect and responded to my phone calls immediately whenever I had questions. I recommend this company and I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future
The most professional company I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Such a joy to have in my home. They went above and beyond all of my expectations. I plan to use them many more times.
Do not use, the only way to get service is give them complete control of your bank account to start and once your started they scheme their way into charging you more money without you knows. If you are a pro and you do good work keep it up and don't use these leeches, your work will be recognized.
Super Happy with all the hard work that was put into my house everything came out better than I had planned with much less money in less time compared to other construction contractors.
Thank you again for the Amazing work
Jason was great and professional from start to finish. Will use him again and he made the job go smoothly which is great. His work was clean and thorough.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
