Great workmanship and quality work. They did the kitchen and bath
Entered a project, but never asked for any quotes. Then the calls started because Angi gave people my info. Supposedly they do background checks. REALLY? The main person calling was from a nearby town. A quick internet search turned up felony convictions for Assault and Assault with a Deadly Weapon. This is who Angi wanted to send to our home. Deleted the app and blocked them. Angi telemarketers will not stop calling. RIDICULOUS AND DANGEROUS!
I have been with Angie for three months and I have been in business for 25 years and feel like I am pretty good at closing deals plus being there first is always a plus however the leads that I have been getting do not even pertain to my business when Angie list sold me on using there service they told me that they did not whore out there leads " not true" I am lucky if I reach the person before the job is already sold and the jobs that i have looked at were not even worth looking at they claim that they qualify the lead again " not true" they lied to me and when I expressed my disappointment they told me that I could pay them $1300 to end the service but I am paying $300 a month which granted I know it is not a lot but I would at the least expect it to pay for itself and if they were producing the kind of leads they promised there should be no reason why I cannot at least close enough to cover the initial monthly fee. I am only great full that I did not pull the trigger and spend a couple thousand a month which I would have been more than ready to do had this campaign proved to be a success I would not spend another penny with Angie who wants leads that cost more to look at them you would make doing the job. I do not recommend waistinv your money advertising with then unless you are just looking to piss your money away thank you for reading my review I truly wish that this review was praising Angie rather than condemning them but it is not what I signed up for
I have a small business that specializes in different services from lawn care to office cleaning. Angi's leads has been calling me and trying to get my business. I was just waiting on more workers so I'm not over booked. I received a call today from a representative while I was in the grocery store with family. When I answered I simply said I was busy and his response to me was if you're so busy why did you answer the phone? I will not do business with a company who allows there representatives to haggle customers like this. This is not the first time!
I got charged $150 for a 30 minutes' project, which was not what I was told.
The agent who helped me book the service over the phone understood my project is small and stated CLEARLY that the $150 is for two-hour minimum precharge. He said that I will be refunded $112.5 for the unused 1.5 hours if the project ended up lasting only 30 minutes. He REPEATED this information to me for MULTIPLE times.
The project indeed took only 30 minutes today to finish. But when I called the customer service for the refund of the unused 1.5 hours, they told me that there will be no refund and what the other agent told me yesterday was a "miscommunication"?
This company is a scam? What their agent told you CLEARLY and REPEATEDLY during the booking will be regarded as "miscommunication" right after the project!
I will try to dispute the charge with credit card company and EVERYONE please STAY AWAY from this DISHONEST SCAM.
Hello,
I've recently been in contact with a couple of reps from your company. Your representative Brittany Mayberry proceeded to charge me the $300 annual fee that was supposed to be WAIVED. I have spent a total of 2 hours calling and leaving voicemails and they just cancel my calls. One of your supervisors claimed that Brittany placed my account on a "do not call" list, which supposedly is why you guys can't view that I HAVE INDEED been charged. At the end of my most recent phone call today a supervisor concluded that she was NOT going to help me any further with getting my money back that WAS stolen from me. I am very shocked, annoyed and am DONE with this company. I need you guys to send me my money back! You guys just seem like a bunch of scammers that DO NOT WANT TO HELP ME. I will NEVER refer this company to anyone at all! VERY POOR customer service and THEIFS!
I had Handyman Veterans llc do some foundation work for me. They did such a good job I had them come back and do a couple of more projects. Thanks Jeff and your crew. I would definitely recommend them.
Very professional and very informative. I highly recommend Michael Wells for inspection services.
Using Angi saved us so much time and frustration. Have found our Go-To Professional locator service.
Excellent service! Very professional and friendly. Very reasonably priced.
Great experience. Great recommendations. I would use for any other projects
Great it's was great straight lines an, an also this company is really great!
Angi absolutely ripped off both my wife and I, as well as the electrician. I had to book two separate electricians, one who wasn't even qualified. Once the second electrician arrived we got to chatting and I found out they only paid him $50. He then asked for an additional $250 cash to fix our outlet. I'm now $750 out for a job that should have cost $100 according to the electrician.
It was a very helpful I didn't have to go looking all over the place for a company I was hoping was good and professional on my own.
I was able to get several quotes from trusted contractors and pick the right one for my budget.
Jorge responded to my order entry very quickly, came to give a free estimate and worked next work day. Very efficient, professional, solid performance. Highly recommend to hire.
Experience I had was very useful I would most definitely recommend to somebody else
They told me that I won't be charged till I get a job and confirm with the house owner and then when I start working with them I get leads and I read them and haven't chosen a single one and the next day I'm charged 400 dollars on leads that I didn't accept and apparently I get charged the second I receive a lead and they won't refund me my money and I didn't earn a single cent from any of the leads and the leads that I mostly got were either already done or they never wanted to do that work that was on the leads and if you ever want to work with them at least rethink it a thousand times before you choose what to do.
Received a lead that only had 14 windows to clean outside only is worth maybe a $100 they wanna charge you $40 for that lead Block doing business with a company that expects to take half of your income on a job lead
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
