I am a small business owner who is a One Man Band.
I do my contracting on the side on the weekends for a side Hustle.
I have been Constantly Harassed by Angi leads and have blocked their number on 50+ occasions
I am not paying someone a fee for a service that I can not support.
I do not believe in giving my money away for nothing and that is exactly what almost every person who gets suckered into this contract will be doing.
Money for nothing!
The electrical experience was very surprising they had an issue there for a very long time and he came and figured out within 20 minutes I feel he was very professional and had a lot of knowledge
Good experience and I like it a lot. Everyone should use it. I strongly recommend it.
The service was professional, fast, & helpful. I would most likely hire this company again in the future.
Communication was top notch, professionalism throughout the whole process, explained every task performed.
This is a warning to everyone: BEWARE. They are a scam. After asking several times what the fees would be I was assured one thing just to charge me $400 in 2 days of opening an account. I never even went to any of their houses or spoke to them. None of the leads were working numbers & they don't give you the option to request credit back for most of them. Now I have been trying to cancel for over a month now, there is no correct department to call everyone just transfers me somewhere else. They ended up offering me free credit for the inconvenience & ended up charging me anyways. I called back, finally reached someone & they cancelled my account for me. Now a month later, I'm being threatened to go to collections & now there is no one to contact to cancel me correctly still. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Stay away!
I usually get my house clean every week, but now the way Shinymay clean it, I will clean it biweekly. I will be able to save money. Also, they are very affordable… love shinymax.
Years ago, when we were members of Angies List and paid a member fee, the usefullness of reviews was very good. Users left reviews with good descriptions of what had been done and detail about how the work went. Now it is mostly useless bla bla, I am sorry to say.
If I can save one person from signing up or working with Angie then I can die in peace. I was hounded and bothered for 2+ weeks to be a "pro" for Angie leads from a rep named Jason Chavez. He sent me over 25+ long text messages, calls, voicemails and wouldn't leave me alone after I asked him to.
I signed up as a pro because i was annoyed by his behavior to be honest. I realized it wasn't something I wanted, needed, or desired for my company. I called the same day to cancel and they told me that I couldn't because of a contract that stated I owed 35% of my annual cost (which I payed monthly) which was $300 a month for 12 months. That comes out to a little over $1,000 for simply canceling! LET ME TELL YOU. Anybody who requires a one year contract and a 35% cancellation fee should deliver nothing but red flags. I tried for days to cancel and was harnessed by Jason Chavez and his team of "salesman". He directed me to his partner Derek who did the same thing as him telling me that they are going to send my account to a 3rd party team that will acquire the 35% regardless if I wanted it or not. To be honest this is my SECOND bad experience with Angi/Homeadvisor/Leads/Ads. They need so many different names because of there bad reputation in the home service industry.
Most of the businesses they pray on are small businesses that are created by people who don't want to work for a company. By working for these guys you don't only have the same fees a normal business would have, but you have a monthly charge, a location where if you cancel you lose all reviews, and a straight up bad platform to do business.
PLEASE ANYBODY READING THIS - do your own research. Make your own decisions. And focus your time and energy on a good local SEO company that gives you organic leads. Be a good person and talk to your clients with utmost respect and professionalism. If you do these things you will go far in life. I hope somebody sees this and learns a thing or two. Thank you.
Support small business and grow within your community. Good luck to all.

My experience was great with McMillan land Management. The were very professional and punctual. They were respectful of all my things outdoors and did a great job with all the services they did. Would hire them again.
Hello to whom it may concern,
I got chuck 's construction from your company and he came in to repair a pipe and broke another one and didn't say a word and he is the only one that been back there and I heard a loud noise and he said it was nothing but he was soaking wet he left in hurry it was the connected to the water company meter. He called and stated he would repair it and I have not heard from him again. He is trying to take advantage of a female and senior

I put a search for my home repair needs & was instantly connected to services near me that were cost efficient & timely.
I hired a landscaper to do work on my property. We met and we discussed what I wanted and I also told him I wanted to be there when the work was done. Lo and behold I came home one day and they had done the work but in my mind savaged my bushes and was exactly why I requested to be there. None the less I actually left a fairly decent review but gave them 3 stars. This guy called and harassed me for 2 years and I finally blocked him. I won't ever use a company like this again because honesty doesnt pay unless you give a glowing review wether deserved or not. I would provide pictures and an invoice however this happened a few years ago.
Do not use this company! They are frauds! They tried to take $1000 out of my bank TWICE! Without my permission I am beyond furious!
They charged my husband for leads that didn't even call him bak! They cannot take my money without my $#*!ing permission you $#*!ing scumbags! Now because of you $#*!ers I'm negative $700 in my
Bank!
My first experience was when I hired a plumber to install a sink and reconnect a radiator and replace two valves. The individual was a handy man not a plumber. He fixed the sink but did not have tools to fix radiator. He said he would return to fix radiators and never returned. I called Home advisor/ Angi and complained. They sent a second Handyman not a plumber 2 days later He said he fixed the radiators and they but, they are still leaking. They refunded me half the money and I had to find my own plumber. Third issue all in the same week. I needed a fence repair. I advised Angi/ Home advisor I would not be there and it was my neighbor's fence and a worker at my house damaged it and I wanted to pay for all repairs. They gave me a price. I paid it and the contractor came 40 minutes late. He advised me he was there by text. I watched him on my ring camera do nothing and leave. I called him back and he said everything was fine and he was fixing fence. I advised him that I knew he left my residence. He then said I was not there and he needed authorization. I said the neighbor was home and you had my number. I then called Angi/ homeadvisor again. They scheduled another person who was scheduled to come 02/28@ 11:30am. I waited until 3pm and no show. I called angi /home advisor and they told me they would research it and call me back. It's 9:30pm no call. Terrible service don't use them.
Angie's List online once upon a time was very helpful. But now their website is so convoluted that it is not helpful at all. I had to call a LIVE person to get me the names of prospective contractors. The website kept redirecting me to things I didn't want, including the Angi App.
It took approximately 1week from the time I requested a service and I had picked a reputable business
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
