Finding a contractor for my roof project could not have been easier. Two contractors have me estimates. Once I got on their schedule, my roof was done in less than a week.
Amazing experience great job best quality will recommend 100%
Have nothing but high praise for Ready Hands Handyman. Used them for a couple jobs including some plumbing and carpentry work. Received skilled quality work in a very timely manner. Pleasure to work with. 5 stars +
This company is nothing but garbage! Was charged for 3 leads that I couldn't even reach this "so called customer" this garbage company sends you fake leads to get your money. Also this garbage company's customer support will tell you pretty much sorry for your luck but thanks for paying us! Garbage. Garbage. Garbage. Nothing but thieving liars that steal your money! DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY!
It was the best and professional job I ever had Thank you Majestic paying for doing a very good job
Before I started using Angi leads, the representative that helped me did not make it clear that I would have to pay a fee for each lead, whether the work was approved by the owner or not! Many "leads" were being emailed to me, but when ever I tried contacting the customers, there would be no answer! All of a sudden I was being charged +$2,000! I called customer service to work something out, however, they would tell me that someone would call me back to help me with this refund. No one ever did.
They don't have a "list". Put the job out for anyone to do. Most ppl don't show. Customer Service non existent - literally. Just a bunch of trolls.
Tried booking a appointment couldn't even get the right kind of professional for the job need a locksmith. Sends a link for ADT alarm installation Company want credit card info so they can enroll you in affirm payment scam.
It went very well from beginning to end. I called Garage Doors of Indianapolis, they listened to my problem and asked when I would like them to work on the door. I told them today if possible. They said a technician will call me to set up a time today. 10 minutes later Bart was calling. Gave me a quote and took my address. Said he would be there in 15 minutes to make the repair! 15 minutes! He arrived on time, looked at the door, gave me a quote, and made the repair. Bart was well mannered, explained what needed to be done and demonstrated the door repair when he was finished. He provided me with an e-invoice, when I paid. All done within an hour and reasonably priced. Great job Garage Doors of Indianapolis!
Power wash my house looking brand newEven though the builder didn't do power wash to my house so I hired the service to do power washing my new house and they did an excellent what a great service
Company was punctual, professional and extremely flexible.
Diamond wood flooring is the best of the best. Oscar and his crew are timely, responsible and respectful. They laid 4 bedrooms of flooring and they turned out spectacular. You can trust them totally. They are neat and clean. Don't hesitate to use this company.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They will do anything to get your business, incuding calling everyday, making promises that they can not keep, and lying/ misrepresenting how their services work. The funny part is once they have received your signature on the contract, they dont give a $#*! about you anymore. They sling you down the line of their staff through different positions.
1. Sales guy- makes a commission from his sales= do anything to get you to sign then once that has happened the next person who helps is called...
2. On-boarding rep- doesn't care if you are in right category, probably doesnt even know what you do for a living but helps you set up your profile. Once that is complete you move on to the... this is great...
3. CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER- wont answer the phone unless you have a Gigantic issue, and doesnt care if the issue is solved in the clients manner, because if they cancel they still get something in return.
I mean what are they losing from having someone cancel? Oh thats right, all that juicy money for a WHOLE YEAR Starting at $300- $1000. WOW
Hey at-least you can cancel though!... RIGHT? Well of course you can cancel, but in doing so you are responsible to pay 35% of total for the REST OF YEAR! Hmmmmm... if their service is so good, that means people are paying top dollar. Then why do they need to steal money from the person who hasn't even used their service for a month and hasn't even got ONE lead related to his/her actual profession. What a joke, i pay $5/ a day for craigslist ads and today alone i have received 3 bids.
Very professional and affordable rates. Even did extra work around the house and didn't charge on the minor things
Floorselitedfw my forever flooring go to. Love Kevin & Khris - they are awesome in communicating project details and I don't even need to lift a finger in all work I commission them with.
First call was to a recommended contractor and found out his estimate would be &150? Secoind call never showed up. Third call said job wasn't big enough and he wasn't interested. I wouldn't recommend Angie to repair a small dog house!
I'm a 5 star rated company on Google maps. This apparently doesn't matter to angi. You only get to the top of the page on their page by paying. This provider is not review based exposure, the only was you can to be a top contractor is by paying more. They also don't have a flat monthly rate, they ask how much you make on average per job and factor a percentage of your profits then charge you based on what they think you should pay! Honestly I recommend setting up a free account on Google maps, if you give quality service and work you will build up free clients just based of their honest reviews.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
