Their scammers. Charged me for whole year of service and hasn't provided any service what's so ever. They also said we are giving your money back. I also ask for their supervisor and he said there is no one you can talk to besides him.
We got a very professional deep cleaning service on our home at a very reasonable price. We are more than satisfied and we will continue to hire this company to clean our homes from now on.
Excellent work, courteous, punctual, professional.
Would hire again absolutely.
Will recommend to others.
What happened to the Angie's list where I got a list of contractors with ratings? I gave them all my info (big mistake) and I got two contractors listed (some Angi contractor it looked like and Sears) with no idea if either of them were any good. Then the nonstop phone calls started. I am not even answering because I wanted to do my own research before getting a sales pitch. I guess the actually useful angie's list doesn't exist anymore.
The team worked efficiently and effectively to create a long, safe, side driveway in unbearable heat. The watched out for each other and worked constantly throughout the day to get the work done in one day.
The options available on the site are excellent! I used Jaworski All-Trade and am glad that he was recommended on this site!
Three tree companies came and gave me quotes. Omega Tree Service initially quoted $1300., but dropped it to $1200. When I said it was too high and he kept lecturing me on the cost of insurance. I hired another company, also on Angi, fully insured, and for the exact same job for $450.!
Amazing job. Good app thanks for making this. Will recommend
If there were a star lower than one then I'd choose it. This company doesn't deserve even the one star. They are cheating contractors out of money and making a fortune. The app freezes every time I click on something. I have to close it out and restart the app. I have tried reloading the app. I have tried updating it. Nothing works.
Customers are not being verified before I, the contractor, are made to pay for the lead. If I am paying to be put in touch with a lead then I fully expect the lead to answer when I call or be refunded for what I paid to be put in contact with them.
In the previous $752.47 that I've spent on leads I have had TWO actually pan out. So if you do the math, I basically paid $376.24 for each of the two leads (customers that actually answered their phones and hired us). That is completely ridiculous and contractors should not have to pay for leads when the customer wont even answer their phone.
Can't speak highly enough about this company. Pelican Painters quote was competitive and their skill, work ethic and professionalism was beyond reproach. It was such a pleasure having them in our home that I will be calling on them again with absolute certainty.
It was both frustrating and satisfying experience. It took longer for the job to be completed but I am happy with the result.
I set up a review for Gleason HVAC and realized that I needed to amend it. Could get back into to delete the initial review so I had to enter another one that is more complete.
This service is beyond terrible. I booked for a simple tile repair. The day of the service, I received a txt just a couple hours before the service, telling me it was cancelled and rescheduled at a date and time I didn't select and that was incredibly inconvenient for me. I had to change my plans around, only for the rescheduled pro to never show up. I then received another text asking me to give the pro a great rating! I gave a terrible rating and sent an email as to what all transpired. I received multiple emails promising me better service, credits to the account, as well as a rescheduled pro. After receiving the confirmation, I got a call from a different Angi help line asking me if I wanted to reschedule a new pro. Of course, I'm confused because this was already done. This rep tells me he wants to schedule another contractor to stop by in the event something happens with the confirmed service. I asked why that would be necessary if the confirmed pro is coming and isn't that something he should have on file. The rep couldn't answer so I ended the call. The morning of the 2nd confirmed appointment, again at about an hour and half before the appointment, I get another txt saying the service is cancelled and rescheduled during the holiday weekend while I am not available. At this point, I just cancelled the entire subscription. I will never deal with Angi again. I will also tell anyone who even mentions needing assistance with something not to use them.
I hired an electrician for an outlet for my pool. Showed up 45 minutes late in a dodge charger,, than had to go get the parts. After another 1.5 hours of waiting I told him don't come back. He still did and said he felt threaten to start the job. I guess asking someone to do a job is threatening these days.
I hired a service that cleaned my sofa and queen size mattress. She left the mattress soaking wet. When I call ed Angi today, I was first offered 50% off, then nope, can't do that, can do $20 off. Not acceptable! I got the 50% off. Do not switch and bait with me! Everything was handled on line, so I don't have a receipt. I do have a copy of the email confirming the appointment and my bank statement.
Not very user friendly. Can't look up a company to read reviews without 15 min of your details, even when you know the name of the company
Excellent.
Excellent thank you.
I appreciate the hard work and I can not wait to see the company grow and I am always open for services.
We had the service for a several weeks. Service this was awful. We went on vacation for 3 weeks and I send tham several emails that we will be out of town and they still charge us. I tried to contact tham they were rood and say they can give only 50% of the money. So I ask tham to cancel service and they didn't so they keep charging. And when I order service I never gave tham account number so got a new card and they still get money from our account I have no I idea how they have the account number. And customer service newer answers or calls back. Be careful with this company.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
