Adam and Jackson showed up on time; made a thorough analysis on our water system and old water heater; made suggestions and gave us estimates. They were very professional! At the end of our new water heater installation, Adam and Jackson provided a detailed run down of safety procedures which were much appreciated. We would definitely recommend their services!
My wife and I are older people, just moving into a home near our grandkids. We wanted to do some minor redecorating. Looking to update the kitchen eating area with wallpaper. Angi's wallpaper installer arrived with no glue. Instead he used Kill-Z paint to apply the wallpaper. I did not "know," until after an hour when I checked on the job. The wallpaper was not even remotely matched. Paint was everywhere - on the floor, the table, our ladder, the carpet. He tried to clean up for about an hour, actually made it worse. Angi initially offered a coupon on future jobs. Finally refunded my money, but nothing else. Refuses to discuss or engage me in any way.
Overall experience was fantastic. One note: Since this was my 1st time using Anji i'm not sure once a contractor has been hired that there is a way to keep other contractors from contacting me. I had several other contractors contact me well after I hired the contractor.
Great resource however some categories need clarification. I was doing a yard project and some of the referral companies only did basement drain solutions.
Very satisfied. The sales representative was very explanatory.
I wish I'd met them before! I got so many projects done at my house and hired Royal Construction team just for the final step which was the landscaping, looking back I would definitely do the whole house with this company.
I do work on larger commercial and industrial projects and was told repeatedly that they get that kid of work all the time. I told them what I do. I do large scale jobs like all the steel beams in a Costco and the send me leads (that I am FORCED to pay for) to drive 100+ miles to weld a guys coffee grinder handle back on. It costs hundreds of dollars just to moralize, let alone travel and work. That job would work out to close to $800 and still a waist of my time and resources, and a new coffee grinder is $20.
If you aren't a small time residential contractor, don't waist you time and money. It's a scam.
Excellent he went above and beyond the scope of work I would refer him to anyone that needs landscaping done he pays attention to details. He was very reasonable on price I will use him in the future if and when I need more work done. Keep up the good work.
At Angie's, it is the easiest way you can find the best professionals.
I'm a contractor through Angi Leads and it's been an uphill battle most of the way. The cost for leads is pretty high, averaging around $40. You can ask for credit if something prevents you from landing the job but good luck. Today I found out that if I receive a client, and get charged the fee automatically, and they immediately decide not to do the project anymore then I'm still in the hole that fee. I'm a new business owner and most of my charges hover between $100-$150, so removing $40-$50 from that automatically, hurts. Angi has been good for passively getting clients but that's it.
You will not receive any help getting prepared to use Angi's leads properly. Once they create your account and get your payment method, they start charging you right and left when you aren't even sure how to properly use the system. It's a scam. I was charged over $2,000 within a week and a half. I called to ask for help and they "set up an appointment for someone to call", well that was the 5th time they told me that and no one ever called me at the "appointment time" or at all. I would not recommend anyone to use Angi leads. They suck
Very good, I have used this site before and it was very helpful.
Great prices and great installers! We wanted to give our newly purchased "dream home" an update look and thought black windows would do the trick! No offense to those who have white windows but ours were old and boring. They look great and they were installed in a very timely manner.
I went to Angies List looking for an electrician for a wiring issue. After visiting the site, I got a phone call form a salesperson from Angie. He asked some questions and then quoted me a price of $670.00 without anyone ever setting foot inside my home to evaluate the issue. I told him that was ridiculous and ended the call. I did get my wiring issue fixed for $100.00 from a qualified electrician. Do your homework before agreeing to anything or any price.
Needed rollers on sliding patio door charged 280 guy ordered rollers 30 days later still no repair refund 130 dont trust angies list what a rip off
I was looking for a contractor to give me a price for replacing a plaster and lath ceiling. Trying to decide if we should put in a dropped ceiling, for an apartment. "Erick" called as soon as I put the request into Angi. Arranged directly with the tenant to view the job and provide a quote. He returned within a day with an estimate. We accepted the quote without my usual price comparison. It was within my budget and I wanted to get it done. Shortly after I accepted his estimate, I received a call from a second competing contractor. I told him I had accepted Erick's quote. The second contractor asked me if I would tell him the quote. I told him, and he graciously stepped away from the process. Clearly, he couldn't match the quote I had been given. The job proceeded within the week, and we ran into predicted contractor issues. The apartment was 150 years old and needed extra propping up. Erick worked around the problems and the job was finished. The tenant was extremely pleased. And so are we. If we could give 6 stars, we would. Erick was courteous, responsible and highly professional. Thank you Erick!
California movers is very thorough and reliable. There service is great. The customer care is quick and accessible. I would recommend them to everyone.
After a request from Angi for tree services I was contacted by M&J Tree Service. They provided the service on the same day and did an excellent job. It was actually more than I excepted. Very good pricing. Highly recommended.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
