I liked my house after work, i love experience!
Good job, good team!
I had to reset password as it's been a while since I've been on Angi. It was nice that my entire review was captured so I didn't have to do it over
Ryan the plumber from ANDY'S PIPE DREAM arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced our water pressure regulator. Happy with the results, no more squeaking noise, would hire ANDY's PIPE DREAM again. Thank you!
This company gave my company zero leads in my area. They explained that I would get roughly 5 to 10 additional jobs per month. I was with them for 4 months and never received one lead in my area. They offered me what I consider fake leads roughly 200 miles away from me and trying to earn money from spending I attempted to book these jobs. I'm not the only one that believes these leaves are not real. They have no remorse for taking a small business's money and never giving one cent back to them. Angie's List is a terrible company and the worst advertising I've ever spent money on. They also deleted 140 reviews my company had because we did not pay them. Awful
Outstanding reference service. We've been very pleased with all of our interactions with Angi vendors.
I cannot overstate what an absolute horror Angi has been in terms of billing, scheduling, and literally everything it is supposed to provide.
They sent a group of obvious scam artists to my home; these "licensed electricians" looked me dead in the eye and asked me, "what do you mean by 'grounded'?" in reference to the electrical grounding I needed. When it became clear they had neither the tools nor skillset necessary, I asked them to leave and canceled the project--and they became physicslly aggressive.
Cut to a week later when I suddenly receive not only a bill for $925 AND a recurring monthly $25 fee which I explicitly opted out of at the time of my booking.
I have spent several days kicking about between different customer service lines, being told that the issue "will be escalated."
I won't go on because I've given this company too much of my time already, but suffice it to say, I will never, ever, ever, ever recommend Angi to anyone, and in fact will actively seek to dissuade anyone I can from ever getting themselves stuck in a similar ordeal.
I liked the old name better. But the review process was fine.
They have taken hundreds up on hundreds of dollars for dead end leads. I truly think they generate fake leads! I have called so many of their " leads " and got no answer and no call back. My neighbor ( painter) had the same experience. Needless to say we have both cancelled with them after losing a few thousand dollars. I feel like such a dummy
I had problems getting a plumber to respond so I connected with Angi.
A plumber responded within hours and did the job the same day.
However one of Angi's plumbers never responded to this day.
We were told we would have to give a credit card # to hold an appointment but it would not be charged until we confirmed... it was charged right away and we have called and emailed 6 times to cancel and been told they would charge us a cancellation fee and would not let us speak to a supervisor... first experience with them and a horrible one... don't use this company!
Due to boredom and extra time, since my retirement Ive been doing misc handyman jobs for friends & Neighbors, they all seem to love my work and tell others about me so I thought why not earn a little income doing it. I signed up to be a handyman, was excited about a variety of jobs, locations and meeting new people while using my skills & tools to supplement my retirement. Great app with the exception to descriptions of the jobs, many job descriptions are so vague that they are almost cryptic and not something I would risk without looking at the job first, (If I can't earn a great review, I wouldn't want to try). The app doesnt allow you to get a full description or contact the customer unless you "claim" the job first, then if you discover the job is not what was described and not do it, there is a penalty payment due. So I sought clarification through the support center on job descriptions, I received an automated answer back for collecting payments. A follow up email asking if I was satisfied with the support response doesnt allow an "unsatisfied" response. That was enough for me to know I had better not accept any jobs because if Im frustrated with them, I can only imagine what the customers are going through.
Very emotional space to promote your business, i hope everything goes great
I was thoroughly impressed with how quick their team was able to fix our ac. We called yesterday at 5pm and first thing in the morning they are over to service our ac to replace a contactor that went bad. Less than 24 hour delivery and great communication the whole way. Also love that they utilize a digital invoice system so we don't have to deal with the old school paper invoices like the past. Would highly recommend!
Very good experience will call again when need more help
Artistree did a GREAT job for me taking down 3 dead trees in my yard. Quick, clean, price was great!
Great experience with Privett Electricity and HVAC company. Timely, efficient, and affordable service. I wish I had called them first!
Paid for tv installer through Walmart. Twice no show. Can't waste my entire day waiting for an angi pro to show.
Angi Home Advisor Pro charged my credit card immediately for the yearly membership. That's fine. I am a small business, Home Improvement company, Helen of Troy Services. Angi scammed me. They sent me leads within minutes so they can charge me for it. I called 2 leads and did not continue because the clients immediately hung up on me. After the first 2, I called Angi to cancel because of this experience. I don't blame the leads for hanging up, they are probably bombarded with sales calls. I dont' expect the 1 year membership to get refunded, but I refuse to pay almost $236.63 supposedly after they have creditted me the other $400 for the first 10 leads. I text those same 2 and 1 more lead. The 2 responded saying, they have already hired contractors. I was confused, I got the leads within minutes. The 1 more lead I texted said, if you're not charging me for coming to my home, then okay. I went and the home was full of garbage inside and the home is falling apart, all the doors were broken down. I was very scared, but I did not want to cancel out of respect for the client. He was nice, client said that the police had been here a few times and kicked those doors that's why they are all broken. Oh! Okay. Anyway, I treated him the same as every customer, with respect. We sent an estimate the very next day, and client said, he does not really have any money that's why these doors have not been repaired. Needless to say, I felt bad for him, but I also cannot do the job for free becuase I have to pay labor and gas prices are very expensive. Now, when I called about the charges, the representative said either I pay it or it will be sent to the collection. I will fight this. I have no objection in paying if they have not scammed me with fake leads. I feel bad for other contractors and clients that have been scammed by this company.
Sincerely,
-Helen of Troy Services
We recently had our carpets cleaned, about 500sqft. Tom did an excellent job and I highly recommend this company. I will use them again. He cleaned 17 chairs, 2 recliners, 2 sets of stairs, hallways and landings. Also the large rug under our dining room table. Our children had bee renting our basement with their 3 toddlers. The chairs were covered in food and spilled drinks.Tom used his special citrus cleaner and the chairs look almost new. Our dining chairs look amazing, I didn't realize just how dirty they were. GREAT JOB TOM!

Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
