I have used them several times and always find the right fit
Absolutely awful. I would not recommend this app to any business unless you want to throw your money away. You are required to call a lead back in under 15 minutes if you want the possibility of getting the lead credited. Then you get alerted 20 minutes after. They would not credit that unless I kept my account going. Definitely not interested in being anyway connected to this company.
Recently contacted them for refrigerator repair. Took 5 days to get an appointment with "pro"
30 minutes before appointment, they ask to reschedule because "no pro" available. This is after speaking to the "pro" directly 10 minutes earlier.
Stay away, bad news, don't waste your time with this sham of a company
I loved it it was a great job thank you they where on time and did a wonderful job I would call them again for any work
Small contractors please be aware of Angi Lead, they are scam. They will send you a fake lead and charge you with it.

Steve contacted us quickly and came out on time. He did a great job, he was prompt, professional and had quality equipment. Will definitely be using him again!
I am a new business owner with considerable experience in the field of landscaping and hardscaping. The leads Angi's sent to me were not in the area I requested to be my primary business focus. Since I am building a fresh company, this was a very expensive and unfortunate lesson to learn. Beware! The amount I paid was far greater than any profit I could've made on the one successful lead that was generated.
The person who contacted us by phone seemed very knowledgeable and helpful, and the initial contact with the assigned representative after that was also promising. I even received a credible lead. Then it went all downhill. They required $300 upfront, which they certainly took from me, and gave me "leads" in the middle of the night, which they recommend to call within five minutes (I always reached out first thing in the morning, unless it was Sunday, my only "closed" day). Only able to reach maybe 1 out of 4 "leads." Their "pause" options are a joke- a couple hours, or up to 48hrs (no 12 hour option, which would make the most sense if you aren't calling people in the middle of the night).
I have used Angi before and have been
Pleased. The electrical company we used is worked very well with us...
Horribl horribl experience. They have stole so much money from my business. I shut them down a month ago and they started sending me more leads a week ago and I don't even have their app. I got charged almost $500 for leads I asked not to be sent anymore. I waited on hold for 25 minutes and they will do nothing to refund me my money
The guy that was helping me doesn't even live in the United States
Good professional job. There were some delays in getting materials but over all the job was complete with excellence
I had been with Angie's List previously and it is a great concept and very helpful in finding and vetting contractors. However, I'm only giving Angi 4 stars (and not 5) for this reason: I was unable to get help finding a contractor to install a swim spa I purchased. I just wrote a review for the contractor I used, which was referred by the spa dealer. But not being able to find other contractors to have choices was sub optimal - and this is where Angi should be able to help (but didn't). I needed brick patio demo and repair for the install and do a bunch of electrical work. It would be great if you could add a category for that.
Sending you information of non existing customers, never giving you a refund for those leads. Do not use
Nothing short of done right, done on time and done I a professional manner! Can't Bragg enough about how easily and quickly the job was done. I left in the morning by the time I got home the job was done everything was cleaned up only thing missing was the tress o asked to be removed otherwise couldn't even tell they'd been there! Would absolutely recommend again to friends family and co workers for sure! Thanks again Jason appreciate all the extra stuff u threw in at no charge! God bless u my friend! Remember kindness and love is all that really matters and you sure showed a lot of it!
Great experience everything went as planned, almost perfect
Scheduled with Mathew, we agreed on the day. We agreed on a time between noon and 2:00 PM.
Mikal was the plumber dispatched for the job.
He called to let me know his ETA, arrived on time.
He did a great job.
Will use these guys again.
We are a business who signed up to advertise and get leads from Angi. We did not get enough, so when we got our renewal charge - we called and told them it wasn't profitable - to please cancel our account. They refused. Told us they were holding us to our contract.
Then - it happened again this year. They autobilled us without notice again - (and we are talking thousands of dollars) - I called - told them I cancelled last year, that I did not want to auto renew - once again - they refused.
So, I called Capital One - who were wonderful - they filed a complaint, and got me my money back.
Well - lo and behold... when we signed up - they must require a backup account -
Because they just went and hit our back up account for these thousands of dollars - when they KNOW their service does not work and we don't want it!
CRIMINALS.
The fact that they sell themselves as a REFERRAL SERVICE FOR REPUTABLE COMPANIES is the most disgusting, repulsive irony!
I desperately needed a dryer vent clean out (and still do.) I was hoping Angi's could help. They scheduled an appointment for a Sunday, which I though was odd but I could make it work if they could. I changed my plans for the day and waited. Just when the serviceman was due to arrive, hey emailed that he was not coming and made another appointment; again for an unusual time outside of work hours. Again, just when this service person was due to arrive Angi's sent an email informing me nobody was coming and set up yet another appointment. I emailed them and said unless they could give me the name of the person scheduled to show up then I would need to cancel my appointment. Obviously, Angi's is not only incapable of providing home assistance, they also can't read. They responded that they were sorry I had to cancel my appointment and charged me $29.00. My attempts to have this refunded have been ignored. Angi's is pretty close to a scam; at least from my experience.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
