Angie's leads is the one making all the money while they flood you with leads before you know it you owe them a bunch of money beware before using there service our company got tricked into giving it a shot but they won't refund you a lead because calling a home owner over an over doest fit in there guideline I learned my lesson they don't care about good client realtions just care about taking your MONEY like I said beware there tricky ***holes

We found Clay's Clean Up on Angi list to trim and remove tree branches away from our home and over our neighbor's power lines. Clay and crew were professional, friendly, concise, and excellent in their work. Their attentions to details were commendable. I will use them again and would highly recommend them to families, friends, and neighbors without any hesitation! The company's reviews are on the money and Clay will work with you if your finance is limited. That is what sold me, his willingness to help seniors and others. Great job guys!

As an 11 year Home Improvement Marketing Manager I would highly recommend that you DON'T sign up for an annual agreement and pay $X, XXX amount per month up front to Angi and then hope you get enough quality leads. Luckily I didn't commit to a big dollar amount for the 12 month agreement, but after 6 months we purposely downgraded and paid less, then with the last 3 months on the agreement they said we could downgrade and pay less per month and they didn't executed it in time because they moved our account to a different account manager. Spend your money on the old Home Advisor side where you pay per lead instead and that way you aren't tied down to paying when you don't get much.

They give false leads. Once they got your credit card the only way to stop making payments is to contact your credit card company and stop the card all together. Angi locks the credit card and you cannot stop them from taking money. More than 50% of the leads they give are fake. Opportunities is suppose to mean that the client picks you, but the clients all said they didn't pick us. Angi is picking us. Fake leads.

It was a great experience overall. He did a fantastic Job. If you need any home installations, Bryndan is your guy!

I had a knocked down mailbox and needed it repaired. (I'd do it myself BUT I'm old) Did Angies List and set up a repair time with up front payment. It was to be repaired the following day BUT it was raining and the repairman delayed his arrival. THEN reset his arrival for a week away. I canceled the service call. I took my old body out and did the job myself with a lot of bruises and pain. Initially the repair was set up quickly BUT it never took place. When I called to complain I was basically ignored because it was a minor repair. This company was, once upon a time, highly regarded. Now it simply wastes your time.

ARS Lawn Services took the job and performed professionally. All work agreed upon was completed on schedule.

I called the Angi customer support number and they told me that the above contact sent by Angi of Terrence R is not the pro for my service and that another pro is assigned to my job and even that person was not responding and that my job is canceled for the day. I have taken leave from work and traveled more than 30 miles, have night stayed in this property to get the job done today morning at 7am and all my time and effort has been wasted. Kindly compensate for this huge inconvenience.

If your planning on starting a small business on your own and want to advertise I suggest you do not use this advertisement ad. I signed up with them pay them 300 a month and recieved maybe 7 leads in 2 months. I can't anyone to return my calls from Angie's. This is such a scam and I don't want anyone one else to be scammed by this company. I would advise everyone not to sign with Angie's never. You will be in the same predicament as me. I rate this company nothing but complete minuses.

Texting rep asked me when I plan to start my project I said I don't really have a set timeline I just need it done before I move forward with the other things I have going on for the property. I said if someone would come out and give me a reasonable bid could start next week. This guy's response " Awesome, we typically prefer to connect Pros to help out if a project is expected to start within three months as prices for materials and labor costs change. Can I check back in with you in three months to start things back up then?" this guy doesn't even know how to read a text properly if that's the case I definitely don't want to hire a contractor through you.

I continue to receive calls from this company at least 2-3 times per week. I have been telling them that I am NOT interested anymore. I spoke to someone names Andre a few months ago who was extremely nice and helpful. However unfortunately I will not be using Angi leads. Nothing was wrong with them at the time.

The problem is that I have been contacted by Evan Wines multiple times per week. I have told him about 5 times that I am not interested. Through text, through email, and multiple times over the phone. Angi Leads needs to know that I am being harassed multiple times per week. Evan Wines continues to reach out to me and I have just been reached out again by someone named Jeff Duncan. He also did not seem to grasp the fact that I AM NOT INTERESTED.

To those at Angi leads, do better. Instead of wasting your time with uninterested people, move on. I have told Evan Wines MULTIPLE times that I am NOT interested in doing business. Even if I was, I would not do business with these people.

Attached are 3 emails I sent to evan after telling him 3 times over the phone I was not interested. Yet I still receive emails and calls from him daily.
