I was interested in a SunSettter awning. Tom, the owner (and my "salesman") was on time, very polite, and well prepared for our appointment. He had material samples to view and feel, and answered ALL my questions quickly and thoroughly. The installers were also on time, very polite, and had great senses of humor. They were obviously well trained, and did a very professional installation in less than an hour. The one installer explained the motor's operation, and gave me several tips on using and protecting my new awning. I could not be more pleased!
I hired Angi's list to do a very simple drywall repair job in a laundry room that my dog had damaged/chewed. It is a rental property that needs to be returned in good condition. It used to be that you could select a contractor based on their reviews. Now you are assigned a contractor to do your job. The person who did the work was pleasant enough but did a HORRIBLE job. We asked him to buy drywall and trim to complete the job and provide us with a receipt. He did not show us any receipt and we never saw any new materials. He asked for $120 for supplies. I didn't feel comfortable saying no. When the terrible job was "complete" we contacted Angi and asked them to send someone back. That person tried to tell us the wol was fine. You can see all of the seams and rough spots. The material absorbed the paint unevenly. You can still see the teeth marks in the trim because it wasn't actually replaced.
Generally pleased. I didn't initially get any resources. But responded to an email the next day. Within minutes had a resource.
I highly recommend Texas Home Improvement. Thank you guys for all of your hard work during this heat wave. Loving my newly painted home with my beautiful new roof.
I hired Juan to paint two bedrooms and one bathroom.
I was 100% satisfied with Juan and his work. He was very professional and kind. What I liked about him most was that he explained everything in very detail. Sowe could expect what he would do in the project. He was also very punctual and I like the price. We highly recommend Juan to anyone who needs a painting project. I can tell that he really loves his work.
My experience was great. I had some experience with prior companies but none like Alcon. Asif and his guys were attentive to every detail and I'm absolutely a perfectionist. From start to finish there was nothing that was not done to my satisfaction. And it never felt awkward in any way to ask for anything to be changed or slightly tweaked.
I used Two Women and a Truck service which really helped me with my move. I had to ask for their help after a previous mover, Mr. Mover, abandoned a move three days earlier. I iplan to file a complaint with the BBB and Angi about my experience with Mr. Mover. I was wholly satisfied with Two Women and a Truck and they helped me out in a tight spot. I will use Two Women again in the future
It was excellent, the guys went over and above and we're a dream to work with. I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend them
I enjoy the real reviews on this site. We have moved to a few different states and find the information on here to be helpful when making choices with different companies and services
I highly advise anyone who needs a bathroom remodel in the area oi use Mike Taylor of Norton, Ohio. He did a complete remodel of my bathroom and it looks great. Fair price, friendly service and quality work. I am so pleased with the job I am having him do my other bathroom.
The motto of this company Angie, We take care of our customers, is not the truth …. With much regret I am extremely disappointed! For a friend I got removal services for a double bed, Medicaid did not come forth yet with order for her bed so I called in due time to cancel, talked with Kathy on August 1st to cancel service at this time for bed removal. Kathy went through, so she stated, to cancel services and told me I would not be charged. Today August 2nd I got a reminder, when I called to remind them of my cancellation Rep. Basically told me no one cancelled order and I will be charged even if there is no removal. When I asked to talk to someone else he said they'll tell you the same. Really no sympathy or care for the fact the mess up was on their end! I say BE CAREFUL of this company!
I bought a cabinet through Walmart
Com paid $109.00 for someone to come put it together the boy came acted like he knew what he was doing after he left I went to put my items in it a hinge came loose where it had been the board had 2 huge holes where he had used a drill and bore it out then the whole door fell off I text tried to call never got anyone back out to my house I found the book with directions it said do not use drill!
I would hire her again she was on time and waer a mask and made my experience a good one for a o ld man
Amazing site and easy to work around I was ale to find a moversuper for
I called Angi and booked a pro to power wash my house and desk. It was scheluded for 3 hrs and took him 5.25. I was told I had to pay for the extra hrs. And for the supplies which I was not told beforehand. When I called Angi to complain, I got nowhere with the rep. And wanted to talk to a supervisor. They told me no one was available.
Do not do business with them. They were dishonest with me.
Very helpful in terms of researching companies in my area that was needed for my situation
I haven't used Angie's list for years (though I did when it first originated!) While I do not need regular services, I highly recommend using them even if like me, you only need something done once. I immediately had multiple companies to contact and everyone I did contact got back to me almost immediately via text or call.
I tried Angi/Homeadvisor to install a new exterior door and screen door, replacing the old ones and frame the doors. The rep on the phone agreed thats what they would do, but the "pro" who was scheduled to come showed up in a small car and 2 men came out. Neither of them were the pro Angi claimed to be sending. They were nice, so I let them get to work. I had a brand new exterior door and screen door, but they first installed the exterior door wrong, leaving no room for the screen door. I asked them why they left a huge gap between the door and the tile and they said "That's how to do it." They told me that I can pay someone else to frame the door and add frame to the brick exterior of my house to put a screen door on, but it already had a screen door that fit before they came. The framing was included in the price, but they refused to do it. They also broke my beautiful, brand new door that cost $400. They had no idea what they were doing and were very unprofessional. What a nightmare.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
