This is a dumpster fire company. Great communication until they got my deposit and then nothing. Over a month and no one even got back to me about getting on a schedule. Over another month trying to cancel the work and no communication whatsoever. 10/10 would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I have recently requested info from Angi for a driveway repair project. I was expecting a list of contractors in my area to contact and get advice and estimates. NOT SO! Instead Angi has called me repeatedly to find out what it was I wanted to do however the person I spoke with was just a droid and didn't really know anything about driveways. They sent me an estimate of something like $500 which is, as it turns out, stupid. Eventually during one of their phone calls, they arranged for a contractor to actually visit me for an estimate. But I didn't believe Angi, so I called the contractor and he had never heard of me. He gave me an earful about his dealings with Angi--suffice it to say that he regrets ever talking to them and is trying to get a refund for his fee. When I described the job to this contractor he guessed, based on the size of the driveway, that the cost would be in the neighborhood of $7K which is why the "estimate" Angi sent me is so ridiculous. Now I'm trying to get rid of my account on Angi and there is no way to do that without calling them. Bottom line, do not use Angi. Since becoming Home Advisors they have gone completely off the rails. Do your own research.

Two Hats Construction built a custom car port on my driveway. Construction is all steel. Solid and stable. Built on site. No complaints. Responsive to questions and suggestions from me. Would use them again for similar work.

I signed up for the membership, because I was looking for our home to be cleaned on a monthly basis. I booked for a Saturday morning and the person cancelled 30 minutes prior to the time they were supposed to be at our home. I booked again for the following week and the cleaning service never showed up. Angi's said they have a 30 minute window. Well I waited 40 minutes and they never showed up. I was not able to get a hold of the service that was actually supposed to come and clean. Thank God I wasn't having a dinner party on either of those days. Asked for a refund for my membership.

I tried using Angi for three separate projects - appliance repair, insulation, and plumbing. In each case, the contractors who responded either failed to show up, were way overpriced, or extremely unqualified for the work. I was also pressured to pay outside of the App. I ended up finding contractors on my own who were better priced and more reliable.

Meet Russ through another contractor I hired. They built a new 10' x 20' deck, new steps for back door, updated guest bathroom and remolded the master bathroom and kitchen. All new countertops, appliances, cabinets and custom pantry. Found both to be gentleman, knowledgeable and skilled.

The contractor texted my husband but never showed, the call back number was disconnected. I was on the phone for 3 hours to be hung up on with claims of not being able to hear anything twice, offered a Lousy $10 discount for all the inconvenience. Given a number and Transferred to another department when I explained to the rep that I wasn't ready to take the number down…. Twice I opted for someone to call me back so I wasn't on hold, twice I received an empty call back! Finally someone was on the phone and I told him I no longer wished to have any assistance at all from them and all the could do was Give a refund, he asked to call the contractor that didn't show, then attempted to set me up with someone else. Now of course I have to wait 3-5 days for refund. I wouldn't recommend this company if it were the last one standing, all I'll remember is to never call this company again! 8/5/2022

Don't give these people your phone number because they will call you every three hours for days trying to get you to send them money. This site is not worth it, I understand sales but there comes a point where you just piss business owners off.

We have lived in an older home that was built by the previous owner and many aspects needed some TLC. The gravel driveway was no exception. We had used Google for years and many of the contractors we hired were... less than professional. We finally found a company that did the job we needed at a price we could afford and the results were actually better than we could have asked for in good conscience. I plan to use Angi to look for and hire contractors for all future jobs. Thank you Angi!

App failed to work from day one.
They refused to issue a refund.
Said they had lots of clients.
How does "0" sound
Gave me the run around about who had the power to help then ignored me.

No a reputable company. Will be filling complaint with BBB
