My house was very beautiful after the Sky Home company took over, they worked very well and very quickly, their work is of quality and they are very kind. I recommend them
I get a lead in that I can't accept I dispute it I get another lead that Isn't the job I do so I disputed it. Angie's list usually disputes leads right away when i ask it gets disputed but now, they come in and they never follow up with the dispute so now my account goes past due once again! Then you send out an email saying sorry at this time You can't do nothing about it. You charge my account for jobs that need disputed to then only add credits once the past due amount is paid. Where's my credits or refund for the jobs I can't do!? I took on 2 more disputes and I must pay 100$ when you guys needs to dispute them before my account goes past due again. You guys love to add up $ but not actually help us resolve leads we don't do.
A. S.A. P Pressure Washing just did a terrific job cleaning our gutters. First cleaning since we bought our home.in Milton, VT three years ago They even repaired a downspout. Took about 2 hours. The owner London Wofford & his staff are friendly & very professional!. I recommend them to anyone in need of this service!

Communication was great on time to our home right to the job
Would not recommend this lead service. All they are concerned about is charging businesses with lead fees. I have had multiple customers from leads that I received tell me that the lead that I just got was from weeks ago or in one case submitted 4 months prior. Why am I getting charged for a lead that was submitted 4 months ago? Lead fees also have gone up dramatically over the past few years.
We described the roofing project we were looking at. Angi provided 3 vendor contacts, only one of which responded to us. Originally was considering metal roofs but decided on high quality shingles as more reasonable alternative based on the project details.
Adriana and his brother was on time and the painting was Awesome they did a great job, my doors look brandnew
I would never recommend Angi for this service again. It was like signing up for a black box. No contract, no invoice, no statement of work. I had no idea what I signed up for, and apparently it wasn't much. My tenants moved out and I needed the apartment cleaned. Fortunately for me, I requested the stove and refrigerator to be cleaned because that was not a standard service and it would not have been done either. Actually upon further inspection, there was a streak of grease running down the entire length of the oven door. The only thing I could tell that the standard service provided was all sinks and faucets were cleaned and the kitchen countertop was cleaned. Of the items cleaned, one toilet was still dirty, and the drawer below the oven was not cleaned (See Photo). The floors were not mopped or even swept. I don't think they even entered the bedrooms.
About the time the cleaners were supposed to arrive I received a phone call stating that their car broke down and they needed to catch an Uber. I understand that happens. They were one hour and 10 minutes late. Then, later, one lady admitted the car had been in the shop for a week, meaning the car trouble was known in advance. She also stated she was contracted for 5 hours of work. That was news to me since again, I didn't know what I was getting. Was that 5 man hours or 5 team hours? In any event they were "finished" in about 2 and half hours.
The first picture below is the drawer below the oven, the second is how they left the floor. No sweeping was done that I could tell. I would show proof of purchase but the only record I have is the line item on my credit card bill
Angi's List automatically renews your membership even if you don't want it and THEN you cannot get off their list! Do not click "Accept" to the terms and agreements - it automatically enrolls you in a yearly fee. They do not answer their phone and their chat feature doesn't respond. Big rip off.
Wanted some lights put up. They Schedule me 3 times. All 3 times no one showed up or called. They then say u didnt schedule. Kidding me
Keith and his daughter were a delight to have painting the interior of our house. Pleasant attitude (even when I ended up not liking the first color I chose). It was all my fault and he didn't bat an eye. We looked at color chips again and picked a new one. Great painter and very thorough. I would use him again in a heartbeat!
Good job they did for me and I'm happy to work with them longer
My husband was a contractor working for Angi List for several years. He ended up on a ventilator for 8 weeks with covid. In a Coma on life support Angi kept charging him for missed leads even though my husband was obviously not able to suspend his account as he was non responsive. Several months and several thousands of dollars later he recovered a true miracle but Angi refused to refund us the money they took. Do no use this company. They make billions at the expense of others. Very Sad to hurt a family like this. Shame on you.
I used Lucy's hardwood floor to install and finish my floors. Great customer service.
Joined on the 26th and told I would have leads by the 1st. LIE! Told I would have a consultant by the 2nd. LIE! I did not get leads or a consultant until the 7th. My consultant took 3 business days and a weekend to get in touch with me. I was supposed to be OVERWHELMED with work. LIE! I was told I would not be competing with other people on ANGI. LIE! I was told I would be able to set up deals right away LIE! I was told y business would work on their platform LIE. Instead of my thriving business they want me to be a sofa mover for pennies. Ridiculous. Now they want 35% of my contract price. What a scam.
Angi's app needs an improvement to reflect the progress and status of the job. The glassdoor repair request was scheduled 5 days prior to the day, but the contractor called me 2 minutes before the appointment telling me that he was taking his daughter to the soccer game and would be late for an hour.
I okayed and waited for an hour. He called me again and said he had an urgent matter to take care of so he would be late for another 3 hours. He finally showed up and took out the glass door and started the repair.
I assisted him by cleaning the silicone residue and other things to expedite his process because I had an appointment that afternoon and his work was supposed to be done by 11 AM.
While the work is progressing, I was getting a notification of charging the cost via the Angi APP.
It was very annoying to see how Angi was disconnected from the actual progress.
The system needs to be improved to acquire the actual status and progress.
The initial job was done on the first day and the contractor failed to show up to complete the job the next day, two days later, and on the third day either. I canceled it and managed to clean up the silicone residue and put the door back in the shower booth. What Angi did was refund 50% of the initial cost.
Based on the frustration I experience, I would give zero star to Angi for its poor job of managing the APP and the professionals.
Got a very good professional and I am very happy with the work.
However, the website is very slow, impossible to navigate, and very frustrating to use.
Customer service is a joke, reading off of their boiler plate answers and not listening to what you are saying/asking.
I am not saying that you can't find good professionals here. It's just the effort and frustration involved.
Ps: be sure if you sign up, to make sure that you mark the box to NOT publish/distribute your email address to their contractors or you will start getting tons of solicitations.
This people are nothing but thieves. Don't use them save time and a headache. So I signed up and just cause they sent me a text they charge you 40 dollars. You don't even have to open it. Imagine how many others get the same text. This people ate thieves and let's keep giving them the bad reviews so no one will use them
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
