This team is amazing. We had a tree fall on our house they came right out. They were very helpful, I have never had to make a claim before. They called and helped me make my claim. They did amazing work. If you need any work done these guys are the best I've ever seen.

I'm a business owner, received a call about getting in the lead program. I canceled my membership before the payment was taken out but the sells rep did not cancel the membership. Instead told me to go do a few jobs and make the money back and that he didn't see my email bc it got lost with other emails. So called corporate and they told me they would send my refund in 2-4 business days…. 4 days later still nothing not even a cancellation email. So called corporate again they said 7-10 business days for a refund. So I asked to take to a supervisor, they told me my cancellation REQUEST still needed to be approved by their accounting team then once that's done it would be 7-10 business days for a refund. So if you are a small business I would stay clear of this company!

I hired lakeish to clean my home. She went above and beyond; she fed my cat, and she knew I was an over the rode driver. She weant to the store and restock my kitchen. She is verry caring an thankful. I would highly recommend. My home look and smell amazing

Dennis Towsend, owner of DR Towsend Construction LLC was one of three contractors that responded to my inquiry for a 2nd floor stairway and deck rebuild. I selected Towsend Construction (even though they were not the lowest bid)because Dennis committed that he and his crew would do all the work from start to finish without interruptions for other projects. The project estimate was very thorough and everything committed was completed. Dennis kept me informed /updated on progress daily. Any unforeseen issues and or other needed repairs were discussed and agreed upon prior to implementation. The craftsmanship on the entire project exceeded my expectations. Therefore I highly recommend DR Towsend Construction for any home improvement project.

Angi Leads is just another scam to steal your money. We signed on with them in the hopes of widening out our business. We were told that we would only be charged for jobs received. After a month with them we were charged a total of $1500. 00 & NEVER received NOT ONE job. Anytime someone goes online & searches for your line of work you are charged, even if they are just looking out of curiosity & have no intentions or needs for your service. I can think of many other ways to spend $1500 for advertisement that would actually work. PLEASE…. For all you business owners out there thinking of signing up with Angi Leads…. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

I like the old Angies List where I could look up a review on a company without having to go through all of the BS to get multiple quotes. Home Advisor is a pile of you know what. I tried using it in the past and all it did was piss me off. People would set up an appointment and not show up, or they would come and say they would get back with me on a quote but they wouldn't call and there were even some that said the job wasn't worth it, I should just cut my losses and run. And then to top it off I kept getting emails asking me if I hired someone yet, which offer did I accept and how was it going but there was no option to say - I didn't hire anyone because you didn't send anyone who would give me an offer. I'm only on Angi to give feed back on a good company that deserves a good review.

We tried to do expert assembly of our gym equipment purchased through Walmart. After 4 attempts to get someone out here over the course of 2 weeks, the equipment is still nowhere near completely assembled. The first person who showed up had no idea what they were doing and gave up. The second person who showed up claimed the first person put the base together wrong and tried to scam us into paying an additional $50/hour. The other two times we tried to reschedule - the people never showed up. Every time we call the customer support center (all outsourced), they are extremely unhelpful and the only solution they come up with is to keep rescheduling. Note that the closest rescheduled appointment is 2 days later every time. They are also giving us a hard time to cancel altogether. Angi is absolutely ridiculous - NEVER pay for "expert assembly" - no experts, or even professionals for that matter, will come.
