Booked a small plumbing fix with Angi's giving them great detail in what we wanted done including the parts needed to do the job. The appointment was set for 10 am but the Angi's recommended handy man didn't show up until almost 12 noon. He had no clue what the job was when he arrived and had nothing with him. He looked at the repair needed and told me he had to go get parts at an extra expense to me when I had already been quoted a price for the job. He left to get parts and an hour later I get a text that they have cancelled the job. I was told that my card won't be charged until AFTER the job was completed yet when I check my bank account they had actually charged my card 3 different times totaling twice what I had agreed to pay for a service that was never provided. When I called to ask what was going on they apologized over and over but would only refund HALF of what they charged my card. So now I'm out the full price of a repair that I never got. Now I will have to go to the bank to dispute the charges. Run as fast and as far as you can but NEVER EVER use Angi's Home Advisor unless you like being lied to and have you money taken without ANY work what so ever being done. I wish there was a zero star option.

Contacted Your Way Property Services through HomeGuide and Angie. The first representative, Jason, took my information, scheduled a date that he'd be out to review the work I was requesting and then never showed up or contacted me regarding the job. Instead a second representative contact me and told me that Jason left the company and she, Jessica, would be handling my request for their services.

Jessica did manage to come to my home to review the jobs requested. She told me that she would send me an estimate for the work I was requesting and then ~~~ I never heard from her again either! I've tried numerous times to contact Jessica at Your Way Property Services in Milford, MI; however I've been been unsuccessful.

Your Way Property Services has used my time to review the job requested and then has been been unresponsive in returning an estimate (... or any response at all)... not once but twice. They've made me uncomfortable by coming to my home, looking around my property and then leaving with no further communication.

I find it strange that Angie and HomeGuide would support and promote a company like Your Way Property Services. They've used my time, made me uncomfortable and have been totally unreliable and unresponsive.

Don't Angie and/or HomeGuide investigate these companies that they are suggesting we work-with and bring into our homes?

Antiquated computer system, unable to correct problem. Also when I said I just wouldn't use Angie's list again if they couldn't correct the problem, they said do what you have to do. They aren't concerned about keeping the customer happy!
