I had a 700 square foot pad done and 400 square foot dive way done. It is one of the worst I have ever seen. It drops almost 2 inches a foot and drops in the middle. It was supposed to be a level pad but it not even close. They offered me a discount and closed the project and said I had to pay the remainder balance. I can't even use it for what I wanted to.

Courage, let us flee! This agency is not professional at all and denies the damage caused by their staff in this case homemakers at the home of the clients. Indeed, I found after the passage of this one that my solid wood worktop of my kitchen had been stripped on 30 X 20 cms with the diss sponge (abrasive rib) and apparently the product of the window of the insert chimney (only household cleaning product in my possession) From the I made complaint by phone and email to the agency that voluntarily made me wait 3 weeks (the homemaker got sick the day after the damage to my home and the manager of agency suddenly went on holidays …! In the end I presented a quote of 275€ established by the kitchen installer and which was refused on the simple fact that the housekeeper denies the facts while I was at home (due to fracture of the foot)Then I was offered an arrangement of 150€ which will not allow me to repair. It is shameful and outrageous that selling service delivery and listening to clients is a real business job.
The turnover of staff in this agency in Sannois: 4 agency managers in 5 years and the parade of housekeepers suggests that its operation is to be reviewed and that training in the professions of the service is necessary.

I have been with angis for many years and the leads are terrible, the customer service is not worth mentioning, many thousands of dollars wasted, the business model is to suck as much money out of the the vendor as possible, was with service magic for decades and it got ruined and same people bought Angis and I knew it was only a matter of time that it would be ruined also. Please do not even entertain wasting your money for terrible leads and customer service;

After calling 4 companys for a quote, the earliest one would even give an estimate was 1 month. Work could be done after xmas! Went online to Angie's list and was contacted wiithin 1/2 hr by New Horizons Roofing.
Not only did Alan come out that day for an estimate, but gave me a date within 3 weeks. Job was done in 1 day. All debris cleaned up. Happy with the price as well.

I couldn't find this business on Angis List, so I wrote it in. Cary is not your usual yard, pond, or stone work guy. He's a true artiste. He will use salvaged materials to save you money, go to any lengths to make you happy, but really, give him a loose leash and he'll create something beyond your wildest dreams. So glad we found him. I don't have photos because I have them all to Cary. Ask him about the ones of Dr Leesa Azar & Dr Charles Gallia's place. I can't take new ones because Charles & I are divorced.

Don't ever sign up for this company, they don't care if scammers try to screw you over, been trying to cancel for over 2 months now. READ the contract, it was supposed to be 15% on top of the original fee every month if you closed the account early. FIRST they changed my client success manager, SECOND almost got scammed by a guy writing fake checks. EMAILED the so called client success manager it was USELESS. I emailed her 7 TIMES. No response, gave them a different number to call and they never called me. Then I called again and they told me that it would be around $1000 something to QUIT. It's sketchy they only are good at taking your money! They have no problem leaving someone without any money to pay their bills! Now, I know why it's not called Angie's List it's just Angis now. I wonder what happened for them to change their name.

When you had to pay to use Angi's List, things worked as they should. You pick service providers that you would like to hear from and those were the ONLY providers you heard from. Now it is VERY different. I put in project requests and received Angi's recommendations from which I picked the providers I wanted quotes from. Immediately after submitting the project requests, my phone, email and txts were flooded by EVERY provider on the list. It was HORRIBLE! My phone was ringing over and over again, and when I didn't answer, the txts started. And this new thing where you can pay Angi and hire someone sight unseen is probably the way Angi makes money. I will NEVER EVER USE ANGI AGAIN! It's really too bad, because Angi's List was a very good site.
