It was a positive one just two calls and the work was done. Very professional and experienced no problems and ver quick reasonable prices also. I would use Anji again
It was amazing I love the service he came quick and responsive
I would really rather rate Angi with negative stars but not possible. Their site to post reviews Angi.com/review/SPID. Does not work. I called on 12 Sep 22 to get a plumber, paid my 274. Booking fee and was told someone would come out at 330 that afternoon. I was new to this service, never given a name of who was coming just the time. Within 30 minutes my phone was getting text messages like crazy. I responded to them all with I was told I had someone coming. Well at 338pm I got a text that my appt was cancelled. I called the 1 888 number to complain and ask what happened n get a refund. No luck they said they could credit me for another booking. I needed my refund so I could afford to get a plumber somehow. Multiple calls, emails and up to day still no refund at all. Now told their policy is to refund half, I asked why since they did nothing for me. Jay stated that was the policy, not the happiness policy I thought. Guess it's means they are happy to screw you and keep your money. I am still out 274. Still had to pay for another plumber and floor replacement, none found thru Angi. Do not waste your money unless you enjoy throwing away your time and money and still get nothing for it. Must have had to change their name due to complaints. Never again will I recommend this service to anyone and I'm again promised I will get half my money returned after 30; days. Doubtful I will ever see it.
I booked a job on this website and added my card. The people they sent out couldn't complete the door installation. They left after 38 minutes and told me they will be back but never returned. I made several calls to Angi's customer service department, asking them to remove my card from their records with no results. Luckily, I locked my credit card the day I added to the account. Since then, they have made multiple attempts to charge my credit card for a service I didn't not receive. I eventually, cancelled it and this happened several weeks ago. Just today 10/10 I'm still getting emails from them attempting to charge my card. Now, I'm reporting them to the better business bureau

German Roofing was nothing but professional from the time they responded to my RFQ through project summary. Their installation flexibility was critical to my tight schedule, being off-site. I recommend German Roofing if you want peace of mind that they know their trade and will charge a fair price for quality work. Thank you, German Roofing team!
Unprofessional, unreliable, overpriced, does not communicate, return calls or finish jobs. DO NOT RECCOMEND!
I messaged Angi on Saturday night October 8th and I had an interested party call and message me within an hour. The Pro was on the job the next morning.
He was very kind and gracious on the phone and his work was excellent. He helped to move furniture.
Lily's cleaning service is one of the best service out there. She cleans from top to bottom. I was very pleased with the service I received today.
I tried hiring Angi's Home Advisor services for a move-in cleaning. First try, cleaner went MIA on me. I suspected it had something to do with Angi's app playing 3rd party. Second try, cleaner had me waiting 3.5 almost 4 hours with a litany of reasons (excuses?) from needing to pick up a steamer, to being stuck in an accident, to filling gas. We now believe they never intended to show up and were trying to scam us in a twisted way. Never again; I'd much rather pay 2x for a local cleaner recommended on major apps like Yelp or Google.
Seriously, Angie's List was great from a consumer's point of view. Sign up and get access to grade and reviews from people who have actually used the company or service in question. Now, as Angi (and after a merge or something with Home Advisor), you have to choose a project, provide increasingly specific details, and then, what a surprise, provide your contact details and presto, they'll provide you with three companies who will pursue YOU!
Why do you need to know my exact $#*!ing address? Just take a zip code
Shane and Brian were so great to me. They were truly a blessing
Everything went perfect and smooth and for being some thing I was dreading to do I am so glad that I called LT cleaners and had them out to do work at my house because it is a huge weight off my shoulders now and everything looks great and I will be having them back regularly for the rest of my life if possible:-)
From initial contact to end of service, College H. U. N. K. S. Is excellent.
I paid $100 at the beginning to start with the company. The lead contact stop picking up. They stole the money and bribed me to stay if they would pause the leads and credit me back from the leads that came in. Now they are charging $1000 for leads I've never called or used. Their customer service suck and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ON ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I give Atlas Building & Remodeling L. L. C. A 5 Star. This company was very professional and skillful in there work. I very much appreciate there work and I would most definitely recommend and I would use this company for my next project….
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
