When I received my dresses, they were that bad I almost laughed, as it couldn't have been any worse. Those comments (reviews) from the 'chickens' who are obviously paid staff of AngelaMall, please stop trying to protect a company who should NOT be trying to make dresses. There are plenty of unsatisfied customers whom you do not give refunds too who are not happy. I can't see you lasting much longer, well I hope for the worlds sake you don't as I would be embarrassed to work for these money making scammers. It's disgraceful that they exist on this planet and get away with it, obviously not in Australia otherwise I would be going to consumer affairs.

I purchased a dress from them. I ordered the colour champagne but to my horror it came back pink. I contacted them and they told me there was nothing wrong and it was champagne and that it was computer monitor. I emailed back that no it is pink and it matches the colour on the 1st row of there colour chart. I send them pictures of the dress and still they said it was right colour. After I said I would report them they offered me $31 back and my favourite comment Iit wasn't fair that they should lose money by refunding my money or replacing the dress but it's ok for me to lose my money. The dress cost me $250 so $31 is nothing and not worth letting them off the hook.
Please think twice before buying from these people because you could lose your money and have your heartbroken. Please tell your friends to check review sites about this company so they don't get ripped off as well.

This has to be one of the worst companies ever! Reading below, i can see this is not a once off occasion, i had purchased a dress for a wedding and it arrived few days before the wedding, when it arrived i freaked out! It was disgusting! I cant believe how bad the quality was, it was ripped had jewels missing was totally different to what it looked like in the picture, omg i cant get over how bad it is, they also said i couldn't have a refund even tho i sent them pictures of the dress and they said no its fine? It was honestly the worst thing i have ever seen i couldnt comprehend how they said its fine, when it was actually ripped and was such bad quality. It wasnt even cheap, i am still trying to get my refund and if they dont refund it i will reverse the payment with my bank.

I suggest everyone else does this so they can go out of business and stop ripping people off! I cant believe how bad they are honestly.

Sorry for everyone else who has also had this bad experience.

Do not buy anything from this company. I received my dress which looked nothing like advertised on their website and when I asked for a refund they said No. They said because there was nothing wrong with my dress which is crazy because it looks nothing like it. So after several emails and wasting my time they said they would give me 10% refund back which meant $20. All I can say is beware of this dodgy company and they are obviously just out there to make money.

The dress was meant for a wedding I was going to and in the end I had to buy another dress.

I will spread the word about this website and hope they don't put any else through what I had to go through.

I was excited when I received the parcel. But when I unwrapped it, many diamond embellishments dropped to the floor. The diamonds of the grid pattern were loose and fell off easily, exposing the empty pods that held them. Worse of all, the zipper got stuck at the waist and could not be zipped all the way up no matter how hard I tried. The colour and overall look was very different to the one shown online. It was not wearable to a wedding and I had to find a replacement dress at the last minute.

I emailed angelamall, told them what happened and sent lots of pictures. They did not allow for a return and only said they would refund 5% of the dress cost which worked out to be $7.50. I can't even buy a zipper with that let alone change it! What a terrible experience. I would never buy from this site again and would not recommend it.

I ordered a dress for my formal with exact measurements to fit. What I got was something completely different in measurements that didn't fit properly and sat horribly with hard material and fraying at the bottom edges already.
When discussing a refund or anything they could do to help the situation, they did not not care for how inconvenienced this has made me due to it being close to the formal. They often stopped replying when a question was raised they didn't want to answer and I had to pester them to reply.
After almost 2 months of non stop emails on my behalf they agreed to a 60% refund on return of the dress and gave us the address to send to. The dress has now been sent over 5 months ago and still no refund and barely any replies back from the people when I contact them. When they do decide to reply it goes around is circles and all they ask for is the tracking number which now is irrelevant because the dress is already there!

I strongly recommend no one buys from this site as you will receive horrible service and lose a great deal of money for a horrible product that looks tacky and is already falling apart before you touch it.

This site is easily below 1 star rating. All these people want is your money and do not care about anything else. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

DO NOT BUY FROM ANGELA MALL, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL & DO NOT CARE IF THE PRODUCT THEY SENT YOU IS INCORRECT, I ORDERED A DRESS & ASKED FOR THE COLOUR IN THE PICTURE, I GOT AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT COLOUR, BUT ALSO THE DRESS WAS VERY HEAVY & NOT FLOWING LIKE THE PICTURE, AS IT IS FOR MY SONS WEDDING I HAVE HAD TO BUY ANOTHER DRESS, I ASKED FOR AT 50% REFUND BUT THEY JUST IGNORE YOU, I KEEP PLEADING FOR SOME MONEY BACK AS I AM A WIDOW & CANNOT AFFORD TO BE OUT OF POCKET FOR A DRESS THAT WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I purchased a Mother of the Bride dress. The dress had a number of faults, the main one being a join in the lace right across the stomach area. I supplied pictures to the company but because I did not report within 7 days they take no responsibility. Do not purchase from this company. Note all the negative reviews on this site deal with after sale service and dispute resolution.

When I ordered this dress, for my first formal, I ordered a US size 4. I did all the measurements and they were all perfect (aspect for the length, because i'm a bit of a short chick) but I was prepared for that, and was going to get it altered myself. I was happy with the price of the dress and was very excited for it to arrive. But when it did come I got a shock to find that the dress had grubby marks on it and the dress did not fit! I went back onto this site to check if i had made a mistake in my measurements, but i hadn't. So after a few moments of panic, I read Angela Malls return policy and seen that if the fault was theirs they would sort it. So with relief, i emailed customer service. After explaining what had happened i got and email back explaining they need proof, which I sent them. I sent photos showing the dress did not fit, proving i was the right size for a US. 4, and the marks on the dress. I email i got back from customer service (Sandra), stated that they could not see the problem. So i emailed again clearly highlighting the problem. The email i got back to that was "such tiny detail, can you just let it go?". I am so gutted at this service. Angela mall didn't care about me and the problem with my dress at all. I saved for a long time for this dress, and it cost me a lot of money. The dress itself was a beautiful product. But it did not come as promised. I would not recommend anyone to shop with this company due to their terrible service, lack of concern for their costumers, not following the promises on their website, and not being willing to sort out there own mistakes.

My daughter bought a dress from Angela mall for her school formal Looked gorgeous on their website but when it arrived it was such a disappointment for me and my daughter. Poorly made with the tulle skirt looking like it was cut with zigzag scissors. Padding on the bust too stiff and to much padding, it made the bust look pointy and abnormal. Zipper gets stuck halfway up which makes the dress unwearable. Beading coming loose, I have sent 29 emails and have only received a few replies 2 of which were an offer of 10% refund and to keep the unwearable dress? Another to say how much work and time and money they would loose if they did the full refund. I had offered several times that i am happy to pay the postage to send the dress back to them.My daughter worked hard and saved for months to buy this $200. Disaster. I was then told to go find a dressmaker and pay them to do the alterations on the hem which would have made the dress even shorter than it already was. Keep away from this online business.AND ALWAYS LOOK AT THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO BUYING FROM ANY WEBSITE. That was my first and last mistake. Shonky website

Interesting the names attached to the 5 star reviews like Cinny k, Aimmee j and Grace g are the exact same names that responded to my complaints emails to Angela Mall? And they all coincidentally end with 'Thank-you Angela Mall.' Also interesting is the broken English used in all the questionable high praising but... the poor reviews are well executed by the westerners that have been scammed by this Company. My initial review has been seen by 2400 people. Hopefully they will read this too. I strongly suggest you fight to get your money back by way of disputing your credit transaction with the bank. I provided evidence of the ridiculous duck & weave emails by Angela Mall, photos of the appalling dresses and a receipt of the postage to send the items back. Angela Mall won't give a return address so don't bother asking but... you can send to the address listed on the A/M freight receipt. My bank recently overturned the transaction and I got all my money back... less the cost of postage for the return. I employ all consumers to fight back and do the same. Don't let this company go on scamming others by walking away with a revolting outfit and lost money.

Do not order from this company, l ordered a dress which took nearly 4 weeks too arrive, when l pull it out of the bag, sequence's were falling off, they were hot glued on not sewn, the size was wrong. When l complained and demanded a refund as per their policy (sent photos etc) they offered a 5% refund equating to $7 out of $150 au dress. Weeks down the track l have no refund they do not respond to my emails and l had to go buy another dress.

My credit card was overcharged by $21 and they refuse to refund the overcharge. They stated it was a "handling fee" that was not listed on the invoice. Crappy customer service, email is answered by a different person who asks for the information previously supplied to be sent again (even though it was at the bottom of the email trail).

Terribly made dresses, incorrect colours, $#*! customer service, will not accept dresses back, very bad company. Would never deal with them again. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants a dress to avoid this company like it has aids...
Return policy states 100% refund, they offered me 5% which is an insult after there poor workmanship and incorrect colours. I am now out of pocket $300!

DO NOT USE! $170AUD to receive a terrible dress! Poor workman ship and terrible customer service. Dress was nothing like the image advertised, completely different details of beading, in which was sewn here there and everywhere not to any sort of design reference. All beading was loose. Hems were not sewed. Loose threads. Sewing not straight. Wrong sizing. Poor quality Fabrics. I'm in the midst of attempting a refund but no luck yet. DO NOT USE DO NOT USE!

BUYER BEWARE - TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE WELL IT IS!

I'm a straight size 8 and received my dress. The split that is supposed to sit on the upper thigh sits on the knee. One side of the dress is two inches to big and the pleats on the back hang low. Don't waste your money! They advised me to get a quote from an alteration person which I obtained two same quotes and they wanted to give me 8% to get it fixed.
Communication is not that great either. Buy locally obviously the better reviews on this site are from the owners of the company.

I recently purchased a dress from Angela Mall.

It was made to a standard size so it was not customised. Unfortunately the dress did not fit well and contacted several times to get a refund on the purchase. I was told to take it to the local dress maker to get it altered. Apparently they do not seem to understand english. I do not want the dress and just want my money back! FAT CHANCE OF THAT!

I ordered from this website, it looks NOTHING like the picture, the colour was wrong and it was made in a very bad quality and was not how they advertised. I order 3 dresses and they didn't make any of them like the pictures provided in the website. And i contacted them and told them, they emailed me back saying GET IT FIXED LOCALLY. I paid over $500 for the dresses and they are false advertising and don't help AT ALL! Do not make the mistake of ordering through them. They will only take your money and not help you at all. THEY ARE A DISGRACE! I have never been solo upset about ordering something online and they have totally been rude and inconsiderate about it! Once they get their hands on money, thats all they care about not customer satisfaction or device! Their GUARANTEE is all a LIE and their RETURN POLICY is BS!
