I had posted my negative review and stand by it. Yes the positive ones are fake and I'm trying my best to spread the word to help others avoid using this joke of a company. I didn't end up getting my money back or any sort of courtesy response from them, and this was after months of attempting to contact them. And when I did get an email response it was nothing more than a few words that didn't answer any of my concerns or request for a refund. There's plenty more online stores that provide real service and quality items at much better prices. Tracy

Sorry they were only contactable by email, and like the other reviews you got buckleys of getting anything out of them apart from a crap dress...

All of the above are correct. You get nothing back. They send you what they either have currently in stock or whatever they want. They promise you the world and then even threaten you. You cannot send them back for the a refund as they refuse them. If anyone got $1 back that is an extreme exception. TELL EVERYONE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I Have just received a dress I ordered from Angela Mall and have nothing but praise for the way they communicated promptly and also sent me a photo of my finished custom dress before they sent it out. Dress is gorgeous just like the photo and fits perfectly. I was really anxious as I had read all the negative reviews. Everyone I have shown the dress to love it, including a friend of mine who sews wedding dresses professionally and she could not fault it. Soooooo glad I DID NOT listen to the bad reviews.
