I can't BELIEVE I didn't read the reviews before buying! I am SOOOO ANGRY at myself! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. MY DRESS WAS NOTHING LIKE IT LOOKED IN THE PICTURE AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRIED. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! JUST TERRIBLE! SCAM!

I didn't see these reviews before ordering, I wish I had. My mother of the bride outfit looks nothing less than hideous in what looked so elegant in the photos looks like a kids dress up in real life. I am so desperately disappointed as it wasn't cheap and there is no way I can wear this outfit. I think this company isn't very reputable and I'm afraid it is buyer beware as you won't be able to complain or get a refund.

If you have ordered anything from this company speak to your bank who will be able to dispute the credit card transaction. And also CANCEL your card and get a new one as I received an email telling me they were going to take more money from my card as I was paid the money back from my bank and they were very angry. They need shutting down but being in China it is almost impossible.

ANGELMALL – DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. A SCAM AND A DISASTER. SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE DRESS, AT LEAST 3 SIZES LARGER AT THE BUST. AT FIRST, THEY TRIED TO SAY THAT IT IS MY FAULT, THAT I SENT THE WRONG MEASUREMENTS AND THEY FURNISHED MEASUREMENTS THAT I DID NOT SEND THEM. I THEN GOT THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WITH THE MEASUREMENTS I SENT. WHEN I FORWARDED THIS TO THEM, THEY OFFERED 10% AS "COMPENSATION" – FOR THE MISTAKE THEY MADE! THAT IS NONSENCE. FURTHER THE DRESS IS MADE OF CHEAP MATERIAL, TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP, THE DRESS HEM IS NOT DONE (OBVIOUSLY THE TAILOR FORGOT TO DO THE HEM), THREADS AND STITCHES COMING OFF. I ASKED FRO GREY AND SILVER. THE DRESS IS BLACK AND SILVER. THE CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE TERRIBLE. BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER THE "ONLINE CHAT SERVICE" IS VERY HELPFUL – HOWEVER, CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTERWARDS IS VERY RUDE (IN THEIR EMAILS – AS THEY DON'T GIVE A PHONE NO.). FURTHER THE DRESS CAME IN A PLASTIC COVER ALL BUNDLED UP AND CRUSHED. OBVIOUSLY THEY ONLY NEED YOUR MONEY AND NOT BOTHERED AFTER THAT. I WISH I READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE. WE NEED TO TAKE THESE PEOPLE TO TASK. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO CHEAT PEOPLE.

Very very very bad!

They admitted a mistake in sending me a dress in the wrong colour and length but are refusing to abide by their refund policy that says I am entitled to a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered mint green got bile green
The dress was one shoulder with an embellished this strap leading to an empire line waist.
It was essentially a toga nothing like photo. They refused to refund all but 10 percent. I will never use again and will never use any otheronline made to measure website - last dress I bought zip broke
Finally learnt my lesson!

A Nightmare! A Disaster!... They should not be able to trade!
Received a dress with the only similarity being the colour.
I can't even call it a dress... I'm not sure who or what put it together.
I was told if I tried to return the dress, they wouldn't receive it! No Refund for Me!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
My dress was meant to be champagne/tan and came in orange/pink.
I measured myself before ordering. I ordered a size by matching my measurements to theirs. The dress came nearly 20cm bigger I'm the hips, waist and bust.
They are super friendly before you order, but then avoid your questions when they are in the wrong.
They WILL NOT REFUND even when staff promise refunds.
Then they go on to say that the orange/pink I got was the same as the champagne/tan I ordered and that there is nothing wrong with the dress measurements they sent and that I should just go to a tailor to get it taken in.
The quality of the dress was shocking.
I wish I had read all these reviews BEFORE I ordered and lost money.
They are dodgy.

My Mother ordered a dress from your website, when it arrived it was the wrong size and the wrong colour. She email you and someone said to send a picture to "prove" that it doesn't fit. So she did this. She was then offered 5% of her money back and told if she sends the dress back "it might happen to go missing in the post". I then went onto your online chat and asked the operator if I buy a dress and it doesn't fit or if it is the wrong colour, what will happen? Can I get a full refund? She said YES! Then I told her the story and I said BY LAW you must give 100% refund for a faulty item! She said she will email me today... Also she said if we wanted a good job done on the dress then we should write a letter when we order to say you will want a refund if its not good and then you will make sure you do a better job and use good material! WTF! My mother got an email today offering her 10% money back. I now went back onto the live chat and no one will answer me! My mum is not the only person this has happened to, I read on lots of websites online that this happens all the time with this online shop and you have ripped of 100's of people! This makes me sick to my stomach that there is "company's" like this out there doing this to so many people world wide! I will not stop until my mum gets her money back. NOT 5% NOT 10% NOT 50% BUT 100% is all that I will except. This letter will be getting posted everywhere so that no one else can get ripped off by this horrible "online shop". I have also saved the whole conversation I had with the live chat lady "Jelly" was her name. I want a reply ASAP! And I only want to hear that you are sorry for taking advantage of people and that you will refund the money that is rightfully ours!

I ORDERED A DRESS FROM ANGEL MALL AND I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE.

WHEN IT ARRIVED THE MATERIAL AND THE FIT WERE ATROCIOUS AND DID NOT RESEMBLE THEIR PICTURE AT ALL. THE FABRIC WAS NOT THE SOFT CHIFFON AS DESCRIBED, AND THE LINING WAS HEAVY AND BULKY AND CRUNCHED UP! EVEN THE SEAMS DON'T MEET UP AND IT LOOKED LIKE A SLOPPY 5 SECOND JOB. IT IS TRULY DISGUSTING TO RECEIVE AN ITEM SO POORLY PUT TOGETHER.

WHEN I CONTACTED ANGEL MALL TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT A DISASTER THE DRESS WAS THEY OFFERED AN 8% WHICH WOULDN'T EVEN COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS! THROUGH OUR EMAILS, I CAN ASSURE YOU THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS DISASTROUS AS THEIR PRODUCT.

ANGEL MALL IS A JOKE AND A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I ordered a dress, when it arrived it did not resemble the one from there photo ordering site at all only the same colour. I complained they offered me a 10% reduction laughable. I replied that I wanted my money back for dress $189 they offered me 1/2 being $94 if I sent there dress back. I returned dress cost me $32 to return they sent me the $94 I am still out of pocket and no dress they don't care they are just thieves have no morals and I hope Karma will catch up with them. Customer service is non existence. Avoid this company at all costs they think because they are overseas they can get away with it.

This is not a fake review. I ordered a dress custom made for my sons upcoming wedding.
It arrived in2 weeks! The dress fits perfect. The quality is beyond my dreams. The fabric attention to detail are all beyond what I could ever hope for. Perfect colour, amazing price the most gorgeous dress I've ever owned. I will recommend this site to everyone. I am going to be so confident on the day wearing this dress. More than happy. Thank you for making my dreams come true at such a tiny price. I'm do happy about my beautiful quality dress

I ordered a mother of the bride dress. It was not at all the size I ordered and is poor quality.
The middle of the dress is under my chin- nobody looks like that! The people I mailed pretend not to understand what I say and I decided to cut my losses and throw the dress in the bin. BUYERS BEWARE!

Absolutely disgraceful DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Order custom made Mother of the Bride Dress - was delivered a rag. Seam sizes did not match - colours not as expected - stitching appalling - material snagged and ripped - shoulder straps sewn on in different places - hem uneven - bodice uneven. In fact absolutely nothing was acceptable with these garments.
I complained straight away - sent photos as requested - was told to look for a local dressmaker to put it right - had already done that and was told to request full refund. ANGELA MALL has offered me 5% refund. THIS COMPANY IS UNBELIEVABLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have received a Mother of the Bride dress ordered from AngelaMall and am so disappointed in the quality and colour of the garment. The garment was to be light Silver but is actually dark Grey with a blue/purple lining. The actual sewing of the garment inside and outside is extremely poor and is highlighted by the fact that the cotton used to sew the garment was almost white, so all the crooked sewing lines on the outside of the garment stand out - the jacket is unwearable due to poor sewing on seams and sleeves.
The dress is lined with a very stiff material, where in the picture used on the website it looks soft and draping. Such a disappointment and now am faced with finding a new dress to buy as we are a week out from the wedding!

Never buy anything from this website. They are the worst dresses I have ever seen. I have been debating with these people for weeks and can not get 1 question answered. Please do not waste your time or money.
I have lost $600 which is a lot on rubbish. Worked hard for it and will never get it back - absolutely disgusting. Please do not make the same mistake as I just have.

Ordered a formal dress for my daughter and the shipped product had every measurement wrong from 1.5 to 3 inches out, unfinished hems on sleeve, double layers of lace on sleeves (must have been easier then cutting the material). So the delivered dress isn't usable and their customer service is terrible just trying to give the 10% refund offer and telling me to find a local tailor. They keep saying that it will cost me "big" for return shipping and they can't guarantee they will receive it and they won't refund if they don't receive (is that a threat?). If a company isn't ready to stand by its product and honour their own refund policy then "stay away".
