I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding, gave them perfect measurements as I wanted the dress to be perfect! Well what arrived was the biggest disappointment and absolute rubbish! Cheaply made didn't fit at all and only vaguely resembled the picture of what I ordered! I contacted them several times and all they could offer was they made it to my measurements which was total nonsense!
They are absolute rip offs and I urge anyone thinking of ordering from them not to! You will be so disappointed! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

I ordered three dresses from these scammers for my daughters. When they arrived they sent dresses that looked similar to the dress in the photo, but wasn't the dress in the photo and they were so cheaply made that they couldn't even be worn. I contacted them about the issue and they said, "it is standard size dress, so it might not fit you well somewhere, please make fixing in local if possible". It's not possible. Don't bother. TOTAL SCAM.

If there was a Negative Star rating, I would have given Dress Angela.com at least a minus -100 stars! This is not a valid company; they are charlatans who victimize unaware, innocent consumers by posting beautifully, custom made dresses at reasonable prices and pull the old "bait & switch" on them by using lower grade materials with shoddy workmanship! To add insult to injury, they deny anything is wrong with the dress and DO NOT honor their return policy! (Even though pictures show a crooked hemline and the waistline is 6 inches below where it should be, that it doesn't even resemble anything near the pictured dress! According to their Return Policy: Refund only if the dress is defetive... etc. Well, it was defective and they don't stand behind their product or their Return Policy at all!) So, BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered ball dress for my daughter, we had given them the correct measurements as my daughter goes to textiles so... it must be correct as we measured it many times. Will... we received the dress and completely not the measurements that we given. It's is terrible back, front and length wise. I end up paying alternation for $193 for a $183 ball dress. I have given them a second chance to prove that they can provide better quality but this time I am not even going to think about ordering in this company. I am so disappointed as this my second time the first one it was so long. But clearly you given them your height and still does not follow measurements! You needs new dressmaker and who ever doing the dress don't know how to calculate.

We bought 3 of these dresses in custom sizing, based on the reviews on their site. None of them fit properly. Mine was at least 2 sizes too big and looked disgusting. It cost a staggering $220 to get fixed! It was a complete disaster, a $156 dress that ended up costing $376!

I kept emailing them and they kept saying they had made it correctly, and that it was my fault. They kept asking for photos, which I sent and trying to weasel out of taking responsibility. The customer service was hideous.

In the end, they offered me a 5% refund, or $7.50. Are you f*ing kidding! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE SORRY

1 was jj house custom made? On a whole the dress was beautiful BUT even though I supplied exact measurements, checked 3 times before submitting order the length was too long and the bust was too big
It was however made perfectly well.
My advise if you want to save money purchasing a dress from one of these sites be prepared to pay for alterations when it arrives.

I gave my exact measurements. Dress was 4 inches too big; after numerous emails they kept telling me I must have measured wrong even though I gave them the measurements of the dress that I received which was not the measurements they said. They have not offerred to return any money and ignored my complaint that the material is cheap and there is a cardboard bodice fitted into it which makes it completely unwashable and unwearable. This company should be shut down, its disgusting I am taking it further to fair trade and will talk to channell 9. BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY OF THIS COMPANY IT IS A SHAM!

When my dress arrived it was 4 hours before my daughter was to get married it was suppose to come 3 weeks before And when it came it looked so nice but i put it on and the beads started coming off easy and... it was 4 inches to short NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THEM. I thonk the chinese or where ever they are think that aussies are rich so they pray o. Us.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I wish I had read reviews on this before my purchase. I ordered one dress and requested the top be made longer as I didn't want midriff exposed. The dress came decent. Then I ordered one for sister and requested same thing. The top came extremely crop and short. Been emailing back and forth and after every email I am transferred to either Sandra, Roger, or someone idiot that cannot understand a word I write. I'm trying to be diplomatic but they are extremely rude. If I don't get any sort of refund, I will have lost over $460 as my sister and I need matching. I'm a disgusted with this service. I wish they would be shut down. Though that's impossible. Don't buy from them! The dresses look amazing but they are inferior quality and you are dealing with morons.

I ordered a dress from this company, I have nothing but regrets, I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing a dress. When I received the dress it was made poorly I had threads, the beading was loose and not straight, and the hem had bits of lace hanging over it.
I emailed Angelamall on this and they wanted me to take photos which I did, the response I got back was there was nothing wrong with the dress. I dealt with four people with this matter Kris, Roger, Cherry and Anna after numerous emails the outcome was We hope you can keep the dress and we will give you 5% refund which comes to a total of $10.89c which was laughable I advise all you people out there not to buy from Angelamall it is a scam. All I was looking for was a beautiful dress for my daughters wedding and I ended up with a very poor quality dress that will never be worn.

I've been trying for months to get Angelamall to honour their own refund policy but they refuse to do so. The dress is hideous and ill fitting. I'm a dressmaker and I regret not making my own dress after this experience. Despite my experience in making and altering clothes, there's nothing that would make the dress wearable because both the fabric and beading look cheap. They've offered me a 10% refund. I've never heard of that before. What an insult.

I am absolutey devastated my jacket doesnt fit the dress is disgusting too big made to measure what a joke save your money buy local you wont waiste your money, i was offered to take it to a tailor and they will give me 10% off if you dont get what you see its classed as FALSE ADVERTISEING. The lace is not the same. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY the photo of the dress is beautifull this is what you get photos.the second photo is what i should of got ininstead of the 1st doest fit 3rd 4th5th6th made to measure

DONT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY! I bought my ideal dress for formal of this website they promised refunds if the dress was wrong in anyway or bad quality, the dress they gave me has a large black stain on the front of the dress and it is completely the wrong dress the colour is the same but the make and size of this was completely different to what I had ordered after email and email they finally responded rudely telling me there was no problem offering me no compensation and telling me to fix it myself! Absolutely don't buy off these people

I too wish I had read the reviews before buying a dress for my daughter's ball. The dress arrived and had several large obvious stains on the front making the dress completely unwearable. When I contacted them they consistently ignored my emails, rudely replied, and refused to help in any way. I offered to have it dry-cleaned which did not remove the stains. They would not pay for the dry-cleaning because it was "on a handwritten receipt", then when the dry-cleaning was unsuccessful they offered me a 5% refund on the dress - the dress cost over $200! They have STOLEN MY MONEY and CHEATED ME. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. The fabric is cheap and nasty and does not look at all like it does in the picture. The beads were falling off. When I contacted them about the stain, they initialy replied "can you just keep it and forget about the subtle error of the dress, since all dresses are hand-made, it is inevitable that some tiny mistakes will be made during the process of tailoring". LARGE STAINS they are describing as "tiny mistakes". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Tread very carefully buying from this site. The returns policy Is appalling. This is seriously poor standards of customer care. I have never come across a service that doesn't accept returns on the basis it doesn't fit. Not only did it not fit in several areas, the stitching was poor, the material was cheap and the dress wasn't a replicate.
The returns policy states the buyer is responsible for price of returning the item and even then may not be issued a refund. The site suggests items that don't fit should be altered by the buyer.
Absolutely disgusting! They need to be closed of business!
