My order is, at the time of writing this, six days late. I paid ~$30 in combined shipping and import/customs fees (paid in advance to help speed up customs clearance), which is more than 1/3 of the total cost of my order.
Just getting in contact with customer service to try to deal with this has been a pain. The submission form on their website is broken, and I was automatically disconnected from their phone line four times when I tried to ring them.
They ignored the first four emails I sent to their customer service email address, over a period of about 36 hours. After I was finally able to get someone on the phone, the person I spoke to acknowledged that my order was late and that I was due a shipping refund. Shortly after that phone call I got a response to one of the emails I had sent, denying that the package was even late, let alone that I was promised a refund.
I've been talking to their customer service for the last two days and when they can be bothered to respond, they ignore most of what I say in the emails.
I don't care if these are the most incredible underwear I've ever bought at this point, because I won't be buying from these people again.
This company is a joke, they try to bill me twice so my bank wasn't having it and declined the second payment, Andrew Christian went on to cancel my subscription #*******. I found out a month later when I never received that months underwear. They had no explanation, I emailed customer service so they can fix it(ET**************506) but they didn't care. After waiting for an answer for a week they gave me 3 excuses (all blaming me) They did not take any blame for anything and I said hell with you and canceled my new subscription #*******. They cost me time and my reward points. They are overrated and don't deserve my or anyone else's money. Save your money and shop elsewhere..
Very poor customer service. Emails with standard sentences. The customer is not taken seriously. Goods not received after four weeks. My money is gone...
They literally started cutting into my thigh after washing them ( which voids any chance of return) cuz u kno u have to wear them to see how they fit. I'll never order another pair from this porn star pumping thigh-cutting uncomfortable underwear site again. They also ran out of pairs and sent their cheapest pair without notifying me or offering me a better alternative which shows they knew this line of trunks weren't popular and they needed to get rid of them. I'm over it Mosmann forever!
Extra delivery charges at my doorstep (they deliver with UPS but when it gets to another country, the Postal service takes over and charges extra).
Terrible customer service. Only automated messages and copy-paste excuses.
I had to pay 20 euros at my door to get the parcel and that was only for the local delivery and it supposed 50% of the price of the products.

I have ordered many times an been a satisfied customer and have luckily always received exactly what I ordered. This time my experience was less than satisfactory.
Ordering 3 weeks back and yet paying the extra for faster shipping, it still took over two weeks to get to my destination.
After reading the reviews here, I may now opt to shop in person at a retailer that handles their underwear.
A bit more money, but guaranteed to be in hand, and without the added duress of uncertainty.

I ordered a pair of shorts, followed the instructions on the tag for washing and drying only to have them come out of they dryer completely muddled. I tried sending a message via email twice only to have them say my request could not be submitted right now. I called the 800 no only to be put on hold for quite sometime before being disconnected. I called back and spoke to a live person after being on hold for a few minutes, we were disconnected. I called back a third time and was on hold for over 20 minutes only to be disconnected once again. I paid for shipping of the shorts to me, then was charged for shipping them back. Based on this experience I will never do business with Andrew Christian again. They really need to get their s--- together and start living up to the crap their spewing while sitting on hold.
Words cannot describe the poor customer service from this incredibly incompetent group. My experience with the merchandise has been very good, but that's where the quality ends.

Ordered products a month ago with expedited delivery for a holiday, so needed products within 4 working days. Their website constantly kept saying there were delays. All my inquiries about refunds for the expedited service I'd paid a significant amount for (International customer here) went ignored. Eventually the products did arrive in full and on time, but their Web tracker is just absolutely terrible.
I bought one of their mystery subscriptions as it has a first timer deal on and thought I'd give it a go (what I got was terrible and I'll never wear... The questions asked and my answers don't relate at all to what I got imo) so I tried cancelling... THERE IS NO CANCEL OPTION.
I thought since there's no cancel option that it'd ask my permission each month and what shipping service I'd like. It doesn't. It will bill you in full each month, and use the same shipping you initially ordered with. The cost of this subscription was meant to be about £10 or so plus postage, but according to my order they've decided to triple the price without warning or confirmation, as well as choosing the ridiculously overpriced expedited shipping option.
Oh and their "easy returns" thing isn't an option either... I out my email address in as requested to find my order... Doesnt work, can't find my order. So I can't return it, I can't cancel it, they are ignoring my communications, I can't call them as the number won't connect. Utter trash, never going with AC again, which is a shame as I used to love their products. Worst shopping experience in my life ever.
I ordered 11 underwears last November.
I got only two underwears in a small pack (10 apparel items and 2.1bs8Oz on the pack, it's lie) last December and I asked the service that they shipped two packs separately. But they only told me to wait until the end of December. Finally the rest underwears had not delivered. I asked them about it again and I got some replying and I sent the photo of the pack. Now I sent some email again, but they don't reply.
They are terrible.

Why would you spend your money on a company that puts price hikes between screens, removes your gift credit. Adds money on as tax to the door and then removes stuff from your check out because its been previously sold without acknowledging it.
I'm so done with my 4hours of wasted time with you over the course of two evenings.

Long time customer of AC but just recently having problems with the website when ordering - and it seems totally unable to deduct two vouchers or credits - Also recently shipping by UPS has taken a ridiculous amount of time and items have got no farther than LA for weeks with no explanations Sorry but they have lost a good customer of 3 years + fed up with delays and useless website - Cant understand as order from several overseas sites whose ordering is straight forward and delivery fast no matter how far the distance Sorry AC ur Staff and delivery partner need a good kick in their pouches!
I love the underwear so ordered 19 pairs direct from Andrew Christian via their website in the Black Friday sale. When the package arrived they had only sent 3 pairs and the packing slip showed only 3 were ever sent. I phoned to ask where the rest of the order was and was told that despite them being in stock they would not send replacements. They offered only a partial credit for the missing items and said i could reorder, but because the sale was no longer on and because I would have to pay shipping and taxes again it would have cost me an additional $100 on top of the $250 i originally spent. The fact it was entirely their mistake seems lost on them. I am now having to fight through Paypal to get my money back as they refuse to refund me in full for the missing items.
Terrible experience when ordering at the Andrew Christian Shop. After ordering the system cancelled my order. Long discussions (more than 15 e-mails) with the AC Customer Service to replace my order (to not loose the first discount). After that they lost my parcel and AC Customer Service again is not really willing to help and to replace that order. Seems that Andrew Christian does not really like to sell but only waste your time. The e-mail-customer service gives you answers that aren't answers to a question; it seems that they enjoy teasing customers.
The telephone service sometimes answers and sometimes not.

Ordered a bunch of mystery underwear... only to receive 4 of the same pair. Why would anyone want more of the same pair of underwear. Still no response from the customer service reps.
I loved the underwear from this company. I do think that the prices are a bit high for some items. The shipping was a little ridiculous the last time I ordered. Took way too long to get to me. Honestly, this is some of the best underwear out there, though.

I purchased One swimming shorts and two underwears from Andrew Christian. Delivery was delayed without any explanation despite my inquiries. And it arrived with one of the underwear missing from the package. Contacted customer service for the missing item twice. Never heard back from them.
When I tried to leave a review about this service failures, they filtered out my review saying "it does not meet their guidelines" and gave me a 25% discount code for next purchase. (Worthless, as you can easily find better discount code 30% with quick search)
Hence I am leaving my review on this 3rd party website.
I would advise any potential consumers to be aware that this can happen to anyone. And you will not receive any customer service from them if anything were to happen to your order.
Lordy, lordy Andrew Christian's web site is quite the eye-opener or body-jolter. Well known fashionista has been featuring body enhancing and fashion undergear for sometime, now. Surprisingly, the items are not extremely expensive for a name brand company. Also, they do offer quite regularly sales, with either overstock or end-of-season items.
If youre adventurous, review the videos. But, please be forewarned tres tres over-the-top vids with extreme models. I have been told that 'some' of the men are straight. Wow! The companys videos have been in the news and received all manner of applause to opprobrium.
