So installation was a breeze. No instructions but not a problem for a basic hookup. But if you have rear motion sensors there should be a note explains that they have to be removed from the old lights and reinstalled on the new ones. Other than that minor inconvenience, I like them so far...

I ordered an air filter on July 12, paid for FedEx next day delivery. July 16 it still ihas not arrived. I was refunded the next day next day shipping. Something like $6 but that doesn't fix the need for an air filter. The lady I spoke with was more than happy to refund the small amount in shipping and stated fedex did not pick up the item on the day it was ordered.

I received my item early which was a good thing but the box was crushed, while the item did not get destroyed I am concerned about several creases on the decal. I have not installed it yet. I will be doing that this weekend.

Item had small crack when I opened box. I thought it wasn't too bad and definitely better in better shape than my OEM grille that had been damaged in parking lot. Things did not improve as several mounting bracket screw mounts were not drilled out(3) and to make matters worse the bottom bracket clip in did not line up with the fixed mounts on the truck. When I did get them close to where I could attach upper brackets and positioned to tighten, a large stress crack formed and even a piece of the bottom corner broke off. The plastic on this replacement grille is so thin, I believe any misalignment will cause it to crack and or break. If I could put my OEM back on I would.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.

I apologize that your Cold Air Intake Filter is arriving later than promised. I located your order and see that you spoke to customer service yesterday on 7/16. I did some digging into the tracking, and it looks like FedEx pushed the delivery out two different times and did not pick up from our warehouse on Saturday as they should have. I sincerely apologize for this and understand your frustration. At this point, I know it doesn't help get your product any sooner, but I have issued you promotional credit to use on a future purchase due to this inconvenience. We really value your business, and I hope you will give us another chance in the future!
