Every time I order something, fedex always loses the package every time. Literally my last three orders I've had shipped through FedEx, had to be replaced because they were "lost" and customer support didn't help one bit. I'm still waiting on one shock to arrive that was suppose to be here a week ago. Websites great, them choosing fedex is poor.

My experience has been great. 3 of the 5 items I ordered were shipped within hours of me ordering. Last time I ordered parts for my truck it was from stage3motorsports. The products I ordered took months to ship when the website said a few days until they would ship. I'll be buying from American Trucks from now on

Website was easy to navigate and find what I needed for my truck's headlights after creating my account.We will see how the headlights hold up after I get them installed. I know the price was right because I stopped at auto zone in Louisiana and they were $800 for them to order new headlights.No way I was paying that, Thanks AmericanTrucks.com for the right price.

Took me longer to get them out of the box than to install them. Looks great on the truck.

Every single item I have purchased from AT has met or exceeded my expectations. My only gripe is the daily email advertisements suggesting I purchase something I've already purchased. It's getting annoying seeing how I've made many purchases from the site.

Site is great, nice selection, however your shipping charges are not aligned with other industry standards. $180 for a mirror and set of tail lights is a bit much. Last week it was $25 to ship a programmer.

Also- it would be an awesome feature if we could plug our vin number in to see what parts will match up.
