Ordering the parts was easy, time to ship was good. However FedEx dropped the ball, they kept leaving the packages in the driveway but listed it as being left by the front door.

Before buying an exhaust I was told they are returnable even with installation as long as it's within the return period. I bought the exhaust knowing if i didn't like it I could return it. Upon requesting for a return due to the exhaust having a terrible drone I was approved for an Advanced RMA where i was charged for the rest of the new exhaust i would be replacing the return with. A month later i get a notice that not only has the new exhaust not been shipped but has been cancelled. I was told it was cancelled due to exhausts not being returnable which i was told twice it can be and even got an advanced RMA approved. AT at this point has failed to do anything other then say tough luck a send me on my way with what i'm also seeing as not even a full refund for the new exhaust. Will never buy from this company again or recommend! Lost my business and respect.

Truck part came in on time and with no damage on it.

I was concerned if this would fit on my truck because the original owner had already customized it by reducing the 3 inch pipe to 2 1/2 and then a y to 2 resonators and then to the factory tail pipes. And it was all welded together. But I cut it off at the welds and it fit together just fine and the sound is wonderful. Thanks so much.

I purchased a Flowmaster FX muffler and some Carven exhaust tips. Truck sounds and looks much better now!

15 out of 10 American trucks was awesome got me my product shipped it arrived a little late thanks to FedEx however it arrived in one piece the product was super easy to install it took only 30 minutes and is extremely quality for the price I would recommend American trucks to anybody and everybody.

Overall, this was a very pleasant shopping experience. The bew bumper was exactly like the old, in every way. (pre-drilled openings etc.) The chrome corners of bumper had dark speckles on it that shouldn't have passed inspection. Guessing from the spraying of inside, or a poor chrome finish effort. Not dissatisfied but a pre-inspection before shipping would have rooted this bumper out. AND... A better packing of product for shipping is a must.

The purchase and product is good but the package was delayed by fedex and was damaged. Some of the bars were bent and difficult to put together. I used a rubber malate to bend pieces back into shape. But scratches on the finish could not be fixed... fedex is horrible

Easy to install. Wakes up the neighbors. Win win there. Delivery was prompt, and over all, would recommend and use this site again for future parts if the price is right.

I wished when when I bought my 2k$ bumpers the description would've said that these Heavy-duty bumpers would rust in less than a year. Paid to install, and paid to have removed and fixed the right way. At least they gave a 50$ discount on nxt order. What a deal.
