A while ago I was browsing through the American Truck website and put in my information for the pick-up that I have. It saved the information even though I didn't order anything from them until now. I got frustrated with Amazon after ordering 2 different trailer hitches and both not working for my particular truck, even though the descriptions said that they would fit. I decided to go to the American Truck website to order a trailer hitch because I felt that they knew exactly what I needed. I didn't talk to anyone at the website but they give you the opportunity to speak to someone if you want to. They have a huge selection of parts for my pick-up and I'll be definitely going to order other parts from them when I need to. Ordering parts from a specialized website just for pick-ups is much better than taking your chances on Amazon where you may or may not get the correct parts for your vehicle.

Fast and easy ordering. Delivered on time and packaged with care. Only complaint is that the throttle body spacer I ordered was red on the website, which matched the rest of my engine bay, and I received a black one. After following up with customer service, they informed me the red was out of stock. In the future, maybe give an option for coloring or options when selecting product.

Great pricing on truck products, plus free 3 day delivery is a plus with me. Smooth and quick ordering on products I just ordered for my truck.

I had a great experience with my purchase from American Trucks. I have been in search of this item for months and they finally had an open boxed item. I was hesitant being opened box but I'm glad I went ahead and ordered. The bezel came in in immaculate condition and shipped to me extremely quickly. I will do business again in the future!

Ordering the parts was easy, time to ship was good. However FedEx dropped the ball, they kept leaving the packages in the driveway but listed it as being left by the front door.

Before buying an exhaust I was told they are returnable even with installation as long as it's within the return period. I bought the exhaust knowing if i didn't like it I could return it. Upon requesting for a return due to the exhaust having a terrible drone I was approved for an Advanced RMA where i was charged for the rest of the new exhaust i would be replacing the return with. A month later i get a notice that not only has the new exhaust not been shipped but has been cancelled. I was told it was cancelled due to exhausts not being returnable which i was told twice it can be and even got an advanced RMA approved. AT at this point has failed to do anything other then say tough luck a send me on my way with what i'm also seeing as not even a full refund for the new exhaust. Will never buy from this company again or recommend! Lost my business and respect.

Truck part came in on time and with no damage on it.

I was concerned if this would fit on my truck because the original owner had already customized it by reducing the 3 inch pipe to 2 1/2 and then a y to 2 resonators and then to the factory tail pipes. And it was all welded together. But I cut it off at the welds and it fit together just fine and the sound is wonderful. Thanks so much.

I purchased a Flowmaster FX muffler and some Carven exhaust tips. Truck sounds and looks much better now!
