When I got the radiator core it was 1/2 as thick as the oem core not sure about that but fit was food and it cools ok. Don't use the white collar for the lower rad pipe it causes leaks. Dumb $#*! idea

Ordered coils and plugs for a six cylinder f150. Got six coils, five plugs. The ok an additional six days to finally get the sixth after multiple calls and messages. Finally all is good and happy with the products.

Received dented side steps so I called customer service to get a replacement sent. That's were the questionable started …. I was told to take the package to a fed ex location to ship there dented product back? Or I could pay to have fedex pick up there damaged product at my home? Why would any customer have to take any of there time or money to return there danger product? I said not a chance to both there return ideas…………. In the end FedEx picked up the return at my home for free and I had the replacement steps at my door In 3 days

The packaging was badly damaged upon receipt and that had me concerned whether parts were missing or worse. One call to customer service put my mind at ease. Return labels were immediately supplied and new shocks shipped and arrived in good shape. Very happy with the company's concern for the customer having a positive experience. Happy to recommend and will buy again!

I tried ordering a tonneau cover off of Amazon and it came missing pieces. They could couldn't offer to send me the missing pieces so I had to return the whole cover. American Trucks sent me a cover that fits my truck and had all the pieces.
My order arrived early and in perfect condition, the fit was perfect and looks great on my ride
