Great product on time easy setup great sound was a great purchase

I ordered the Husky wheel well liners for a 2020 2500 HD. They were very difficult to put in. The holes did not line up and the bottom next to the rock fender does not fit right. Unfortunately I did some modifications and can't return. Still not happy but they will do.

Up load was fast. Easy to install and works great.

I ordered some towing mirrors and some new smoked out oem taillights. I ordered them on a Sunday. The taillights came Tuesday and the mirrors came Wednesday. Shipping was fast and I just love American Truck products!

Delivery would have been rated higher and is probably not a result of your doing. But the carrier designated with the delivery was very unreliable. Package was delayed a couple of times. Received package well after the date that was indicated when purchased. Again no fault on your company. Parts in the package were damaged but I had other parts available to replace what was broken. As for the product that was purchased, I am very pleased with the product. Although the side markers are designed incorrectly and have no way to fully attach to the vehicle, but with a little effort was able adapt them to be attached.

I ordered a set or General Grabber A/TX 33X12.5X20 with white lettering mounted on the outside. When they came in with black lettering on both sides. I called "Customer service" and was informed that they only come is black now. I was never given the option to approve or cancel the sale. The tires and rims were forced on me. I was offered a $20 per tire compensation to keep what I did not want. The young lady Tea was professional and understanding. Whomever is behind her however does not seem to care about their customers and would rather loose a sale of thousands. While I was on hold, I managed to chat with another company and set up a purchase for the same rims and BFGOODRICH ALL-TERRAIN T/A KO2 WITH WHITE LETTERING in BFGOODRICH® - ALL-TERRAIN T/A KO2 with White lettering. I've got my return label so off to Fedex I go. FYI. Just emptied my American Trucks shopping cart for good. To many other companies that want our business.

I ordered and got level kit very quickly.it will look great under my 2017 ford 4x4 truck for sure.

Shipping was a day late so had to pickup at FedEx station the day before. Item was well used, "installed on a truck for three years" a bit rusty, dented and missing specialty bolts. I do not feel like the description was accurate for the item. Would not have purchased if known how used item was.

Easy to put in. Tailgate drops nice and slow. I read other reviews and you only need 1 on the drivers side. I was shocked for a minute when I only received 1.

I needed one Fuel Vapor Double Dark Tinted wheel in a specific size and they have one in an open box for $67 with a scratch on the edge. Mine was bent, so a little scratch save me $300.
