I was missing a hose and the hose straps/tights that are supposed to come with the hose themselves, I also had an extra part but it doesn't matter, I had to go to the nearest auto store to buy those missing things. A bit of inconvenience in the sense that I had to catch a ride to go to the store or had to leave things unassembled.
My lights arrived on time. They are a perfect Fit. I absolutely love them.

Overall good. Did not like having to check to see if hardware was included with purchase. It should always be included. An option to opt out would be better. Lots of NIS items was a little disappointing.
Shopping experience was great. Now on to getting the parts installed once they arrive. Installation was a breeze and didn't take nearly as long as advertised.

Easy to install, slightly better economy, maybe a little more power and definitely better sound.
Took 2 weeks to get the right parts now going to take 10 days or more to get a refund when you pay them they get it right then why should I have to wait 10 days or more to get my money back I would not recommend this place to my enemies

Had an issue with product, and it was actually past the 30 days. Still took care of my needs. Even asked if I wanted a refund. I just wanted credit so I could purchase a different brand. Totally happy with AT.

I placed my order on a Thursday night. On Sunday afternoon my wife came in from watering the Mums and told me there was a big box on the front porch. Wow that was fast! Plus, I have never received an item that was packaged as well as these headlights. I did the install myself without any instructions. The grill needed to be removed and the old headlights were a little difficult to wedge out of their installed position. Once they were out it was just a matter of releasing one plug, plugging in the new light and slipping it back in to position. There were a few other minor step involved but overall it wasn't that bad and only took me an hour and a half. Plus, I am no mechanic. The lights look fantastic! My only complaint is that the new headlights made my truck look so good now I am going to have to wash it.
