Overall these are great and look awesome in the truck. Only downside is that there isn't any extra pieces. So if you lose one or misplace one, you're out of luck.
I received my package a lot faster than I expected.
Fit nicely on the truck not too loud but not too quiet either it's a prefect balance also very easy to install :)
The part came in a very timely manner. There was a follow-up to make sure everything went well.

I was impressed at first with how the company got the part to the destination and also how there were affordable Parts but when there was no notification on the part being returned or pulled off the shelf I was very disappointed
Everything was great and came super fast. Unfortunately though, the rear bumper I order arrived with scratches and rust starting on the back side. The shipping box arrived completely destroyed and that packing was very minimal. I planned to rust coat the back of the bumper anyway. Outside of putting a little extra work in the removing the rust, this does not change me using it.
They sell mostly cheap Chinese garabage and terrible customer service. They are crooks. BE VERY CAREFUL. There is a reason they don't sell name brand products.
The tail gate soft open kit was easy to install but the one eye on the strut didn't quit fit the upper mount had to remove the clip entirely and use a hammer to get it on the post but once I got it on eveything works fine? We'll see how it works long term.
I had a question about some products and it was taking care of quickly. I ordered my products and can't wait to install them. Hopefully I'll see you at Carlisle thus year.
