After waiting for almost a week and seeing no update from shipping company, I had to reach out to them be told oh, yeah your package is missing sorry, and then another 4-5 days for my refund… I know things happen, but a little proactive attitude and more assurance with purchase and deliveries need to happen, I had to scramble to find replacement parts sourced locally to lead the deadline, I'm disappointed and was expecting better
