My experience was great. Both were easy to install. Came in on time.
I had ordered 3 items, spoke to someone on chat and they were great as always. I ordered more items to have free shipping then when I was finalizing my order realized I could get the order delivered Monday (my day off) for only $7.99 shipping or wait till Thursday which was the free shipping. Need less to say the order Delivered Thursday even though I paid for shipping. When I did a chat on Wednesday to check on my items they told me to to wait and see if they came that day even though tracking said my order was 2 states away. I recieved all my items...Thursday. Definitely not worth the extra shipping.
Well the shipping was fast and good, but the product has a cheap Gaskets in it. I was missing screws on my kit, had to run to McFadden Dale hardware store and get me some screws so they don't match but they will due; also there was a hole missing so I drill it my self on the driver side…. Other than that. I guess I can say I'm happy with them.
I am very satisfied with my entire purchase process from start to finish.

I ordered a BAKFlip MX4 bed cover for my 2019 Ram 1500. Came quickly and website made the purchase easy. Box was pretty beat up and bed cover had several scratches on it. Sucks because it is a lot of money for this cover, but when shipping such a large and heavy item, I figure it's bound to happen. Overall happy with website, shipping is a third party so can't blame them. Will continue buying products from American Trucks.
