At first the help was great and they checked on products to help me out and then once I orderthe product that I waited then it all went down hill I order on June 27 2023 and this is July 8 2023 and they still haven't shipped yet I was told that it was going to be shipped on 3-6 and then another email said that their supplier was going to deliver it themselves and again another email was 6-8 so now they aren't even replying to me just be sure to ask a lot

Rearview mirror worked as advertised. Mirror is as plain Jane as it get. This was was for my son's truck so this was perfect for a teenager.

Got this thermostat for my 04 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. Keeps it super cool and doesnt even reach the half mark at 100+ degrees here in Vegas. Make sure the rest of your cooling system is in working order though.

Everything I ordered came fast and correct. I'm very happy with the boards and hardware
Overall my experience has been good, we've had one or two issues along the way but for the most part American Trucks is a great place to start your build or finish it, they also help spending every hard earned buck you've got, trust me, even if you didn't need it, or just discovered it you'll need it trust me that's the best part about building your $#*! box lol if your like me you like to get er done and you'll get everything you ordered usually in a few days so to wrap this up I'd recommend them all day
We ordered a brushguard for our 2022 Siverado. TOOK 3 MONTHS and...after my husband talked to a customer service agent and reassured it would fit, paid over $1,0003 months later...IT DOESNT FIT. We do not recommend them. SAD SAD SAD.

I needed some parts that GM discontinued and this place had what I was looking for. Ordering was easy and parts were delivered in the time frame they gave me. I will be ordering again from American Trucks.
