Ordering was easy to do. Shipping was quick and easy too.
Over half of their team are not Truck people as they claim, In fact, got a product recommendation from their truck "enthusiast" turns out that part is completely incompatible with my vehicle. Also ordered an oil seperator catch can and what would you know, somehow my address from almost a year ago gets on there, and american trucks doesn't want to just send another one of these out, even though less than 2 weeks ago I had spent a few bucks shy of a thousand with them. Still have a few more thousand to spend on the build. Shop elsewhere.

My main gripe is the lack of support from actual people that look at these products, First I bought a tuner recommended by one of you "experts" and against questions of engine, they still recommended the same one, so I got it, bama makes no tunes for my engine, waste of money, and now i'm without a tuner, because the one for mine is way more, for the szme packate, then I had to get not one but two fuel doors, because they didn't come with adhesive (instructions say to use adhesive and multiple agents said the same, it's a peel and stick application) well, if we take the time to look, and i've never replaced one, its just a button click, which I made a video tonight demonstrating how to do this so other's don't get lost, I just don't know how to upload that video to your site yet. Will probably make a shorter video in the day time
After installing the brush guard I started taking off the packaging and on the passenger side there was a spot where a grinder was taken to it.

The leveling kit made a big difference on my truck and gave it a great stance. The 3 hour est. Labor time was off by a day but that's my skill level i guess. I would buy for my next truck for sure

The wheel spacer came in a little damage from the package but nothing too bad that I would be scared of. It's probably not there fault, it may have happened during shipping since it was on the inside of the stud hole.

Fast shipping on my nerf bars. They went in fast. Everything I needed was included.
The representative was very helpful in locating exactly what I needed.

Bought open box. Condition was accurate. Shipping was delayed and inaccurate tracking was given. Took a good minute to get to a human. Worked out eventually.
American Trucks is a cash register that collects your money, and doesn't stand behind the product, they blame all on the manufacture. They basically have no inventory; they are the middleman who tries to profit on you! Be aware! No customer service! It is also a 3rd party, admitting they have no authority.
I purchased wheel liners for my Ford F-350 year 2023, liners been delivered without a box and no hardware, been struggling.to get from them the hardware, but they call December 5 Christmas time, and they can't get tracking number from the manufacture they blame.
Don't buy from American Trucks, you are risking your money!
