Ordering and payment was smooth. Chance assisted with order and was very helpful! With the tracking it looks like most if not all shipped and are on the was in less than 24 hours.
I was told by Gary that the Belltech T******* (2516EE) rear shocks would lower my rear end by 1 to 2 inches. Not true, they don't lower the rear at all (unless you also replace the shackles with one's that lower the rear by 1.5 ", 2" or 3". The positive side to my situation is that i needed rear shocks any ways because the original Ford shocks are blaaaaa (but if i didn't i would have been truly upset). Also Gary was friendly and courteous during the entire transaction.

Arrived on time and it looks durable, will see in a couple of years
Delivery was on time. Package was totally destroyed. Barely taped together. Package was all opened inside the box. Clips all over in the box crushed by the rotars. One of the brake pads had a chip in it that may cause grinding. Never had this problem before but very unsatisfied.

I have tried I don't know how many different times to call and people want to help me that's great customer service but if you lose a part part break you can't find it. How do you ever get a part for the items that you order if you can't reach the people that supply the Part I think it's ridiculous. That's my only complaint America trucks you guys did great. I think your suppliers are horrible because all they do is deal with you and you can't get parts so I would take a look at that.
