Bought in channel window vents for a 2023 F 150. When installed not one of the 4 windows would close properly. So I removed them to close the widow. While removing one of the rear door vents,the vent broke in half. Because it broke in the process of removing it to close my windows they wouldn't except a return. Now I'm out $90. I'll buy elsewhere from now on

Purchased smoked headlights (the good). Worked as should. The third brake light came faulty replacement was a poorly used item, that still did not work. I purchased new but I could of not cared if item had worked! They've refused answer my emails and left me with no refund.

Found everything that I was looking for to go on my truck. There are a more things that I need that I will get later.
The only positive thing I can say about this company it that I recieved the product in a timely manner. The product was wrong for my vehicle and the return policy with all the pictures to prove it was wrong is foolish and time consuming. For one of the products your website would not accept the pictures. I got frustrated and just decided to eat the cost. This is what I feel the company was wanting me to do. I will not buy anything from them again or recommend them to anyone.

I order a product, and proceeded to wait 3 weeks for them to even see if it was possible to get it for me. On an order for $2400 worth of product, and no disclaimer that they don't even have the product available at the time of purchase. I ended up canceling my order after hearing it would take over a month to receive my product, from the original order date, If they could even get it.

AT has lots of products for older,classic trucks at great prices.
Ordered a new black front grill for my F150 on Thurs received on Sat. It was as described! Very easy to install. Change the look completely for chrome to black. LOVE IT!
NEED PHONE APPLICATION! Using a mobile device with all the content on every page is a pain. An app would be highly beneficial i would think.
Very pleased with experience! They helped me with surprising my boyfriend with the power step running boards! Very simple ordering can't wait to get them!
I placed an order on 5-27,5 days later I called to check on the status and was told would not even ship for another couple days.
On top of that it would be several more days until manufacture ships it.
I was sorry there was nothing to do about it.
I already made appointment with my mechanic and altered my work schedule to get the work done.
The website says free shipping 1-3 days completely wrong.
I will have to think twice about anymore purchases in the future.

Confusing checkout experience. Price should not change between pages...
I need to return. Not the right part for my truck. How can I return
I ordered 2 front shocks when I received them I received 1 front and 1 rear shock. I contacted customer service and they said I had to return the wrong shock then they would ship out the correct one and I would receive it within 24 hours. I mailed the shock the very next day and I still haven't received the correct shock it's been a week already. I understand things happen but you guys really need to get this resolved I understand when shipping items out it's in the carrier hands but yall probably need to find a different carrier because FedEx is horrible.

Answer: Only success story with this place is I know to NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! That's successful!
Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
