Finding what I needed was easy, ordering, checkout, everything easy.

I called to order brake shoes and rotors for my pickup. I knew what I wanted and wanted to make sure that the parts were available and would be delivered when I needed them. I needed the parts delivered to a shop that is 5 hours away from my house. No problem. Rear rotors not able to be delivered when I needed, no problem, just ship them and the rear pads to my house. Front rotors and pads are in stock and will be delivered by Friday, July 19. Notified by American Trucks via email that hurray my order, the one shipping to Kansas, was shipped and on its way. FedEx tracking shows "the order" along the delivery route and then sends a picture of the box delivered. No damage and more than on time. Wrong! The only thing shipped was the right front rotor. Now, American Trucks requires me to take multiple pictures of the box and the contents BEFORE they will do anything about sending the left front rotor. The pads came from another supplier and are supposed to be delivered Friday, July 19, but no email, no tracking number so I have no idea who is delivering and no way to make sure when it will be delivered. After a promising start the delivery has left me with a bad taste. Customer service had very nice operators who seemed to really want to help. Sadly, they could not due to company policy. When a customer chooses to do business with a company, hearing that they cannot do anything because the product is being shipped from another supplier is not reassuring or helpful. The end of the story is, I was promised delivery of the brake parts I wanted, I paid for them in full and now am waiting for delivery plus having to go the the effort to prove that I did not receive some of the parts that were supposed to be delivered.

Very happy with the running boards. Super easy to install. Look great. Serves my purpose. Since most of the running boards are done by first timers ( my guess) you think that the instructions would be very clear. In the instructions there was a chart. This chart had torque requirements for different bolt sizes. Guess what,the bolts in my kit were not on the chart. They were a larger size a 13mm. So I didn't know the torque requirements. Plus the bolts that secured the steps to the brackets were a different metal so I was not informed of the correct torque requirements.
I finished the install and will follow the instructions to periodically check bolt tightness Hopefully this gets the attention of the instruction department.

Every time I have ordered from American Trucks, my order has always been delivered within 2 days. Best place to order parts and accessories.

I ordered a shorter radio antenna for my truck so it doesn't hit the roof of the parking garage at work.
It was Easy to order, quick shipping, and at a great price.

I would definitely buy from them again. My one critique is that the LED light bar headlights Item T******* didn't come with any installation instructions. Only difficult part was figuring out hot and neutral on the side marker lights so that I could wire the DRL's to them.

I ordered the parts and they were delivered within 2 days of ordering.
