First time ordering from here and they literally had everything I wanted and needed. Got a 4" lift kit, fox shocks and some lift blocks and it all came super securely packed and with the quickness! Will be spending alot of money here!
My Order Came In A Timely Manner But The Packaging With The Running Boards In It Was Damaged During Shipping, So I Am Sending It Back To American Trucks For Adjustment.
Can't count the number of products I've bought from this site. Simple, easy to use and on the rare occasion I've had an issue, it was dealt with in a fast a courteous manner.

Hub assembly came from them defective. It was throwing error codes on my f-150 after installing their product. Emailed their support and they said I need to take it to a mechanic. Replaced the wire with the oem one and cleared the codes. No more issues now. American trucks wouldn't do anything to help. I won't be purchasing from them again.
Shipping took a bit and went through 2 carriers but I guess all's well

Nathen the sale person I dealt with was excellent in helping me with my order. Some how the order didn't ship due to some security issue. Call center people were horrible with trying to help resolve this issue. I mean absolutely horrible. If it wasn't for Nathen calling the next day to help rectify the issues I would have cancelled my order.

I apologize that you had a bad experience with customer service, I did locate your account and I see your orders where cancelled by our security system. Unfortunately the system we use is called Riskified and it is used with multiple companies and they don't always go into detail as to why the order is denied with them. Most common reasons are the billing address on file does not match your credit card statement, the shipping and billing address are to far away etc. I apologize again that this happened to you. If you believe it is an error please contact your bank and or Riskified to discuss further.

Bumper showed up great and the install went great but the harness for the fog lights is too short and the switch for the lights is broken.
